The customer service attitude at the front desk is very good. I heard that I came to take the test. They upgraded me to a room with a window and gave me a small card for passing the test! No matter what the test results are, my heart is warm!

The reason for the exam had to book this hotel. It seems that the four diamonds are more at ease. After checking in, I found that it was very dirty and dirty! There are spider webs on the lampshade and on the TV, it's unbelievable! Dirty exaggeration. Not to mention how dirty other places are. The delivered fruit seemed to be greedy by the room service staff, and the small plate with two oranges was as dirty as if it had just been used as an ashtray! After I asked on WeChat at the front desk, I said that I forgot, and I didn't give the dinner porridge. The next day I checked out and went to the front desk. My friend went to the front desk and asked her to thank her, saying that she upgraded our room for free. The front desk told her that we originally booked the cheapest round bed room. My friend thanked me. After thanking me, I found out that we had booked a big bed room, which was just a matter of words. I went to ask the front desk, and the front desk said that you have no windows and upgraded the windows for you. I was speechless. The window is a patio. Is the front desk not awake? All in all, a dirty and sleepwalking hotel, and the first hotel where I wiped myself with alcohol wipes. I almost forgot that the door lock of the exam room was broken the next day, which made people very anxious. When I came back from the exam, I found the door was open, and two men were fixing the lock. During our absence at the hotel no one told us that the room would be opened wide for two men to fix the door. We simply packed up and checked out early, it was so disappointing

房間很乾凈，很大很舒適，語音智能很方便，從停車的保安大叔到服務枱小姐姐服務態度都很好！早餐也很美味，品類很多。還會再來，推薦！

因為女兒在附近考試定的這家酒店，工作人員服務親切耐心，送了好喝的晚安黑米粥。而且兩碗粥很貼心的分別送了白砂糖和鹹菜調味，這個真是很用心了！早餐環境一流，餐品豐富，性價比超級好！唯一運氣不好的是隔壁房間半夜三點吵架鬧得腦門子疼。再就是建議儘快多安裝一層窗户紗簾，因為房間朝向的原因現在的厚窗簾打開就大太陽曬而且貼着對面小區人家的窗户，如果有個紗簾觀感就會好很多。再就是書桌最好配個枱燈，看書的時候靠房頂的燈採光效果不好。整體還是滿意的。

環境不錯，大堂很漂亮，前台服務員的服務很貼心，很温暖，很熱情，房間新裝修的風格不錯，窗簾和燈是小度控制，挺方便的。價格也便宜，特意讓我住的舒服免費升級了房型，必須點贊！餐廳的菜色也是我喜歡的，推薦！
