I booked this Hanting hotel specifically to catch the high-speed train. The hotel is a seven-minute walk from the west exit of Wuhan Station. The room is not particularly big, but it is enough for one person. I just don't know why the air conditioner stopped by itself at night, and I was woken up by the heat🫠

It's really unsatisfactory. The front desk staff had a sullen face and a so-so attitude. The room was small, and the TV lost signal halfway through watching TV, and no one dealt with it. The most important thing is that the dryer is broken. It can be used but it can't dry clothes. The front desk staff didn't remind me either. I washed my clothes only to find out that it couldn't dry. The robot in the lobby is also broken and can’t deliver anything. The overall experience is poor. It is the worst Hanting Hotel I have ever stayed in. I had very comfortable stays at Hanting Hotels in Zibo and Jinan a few days ago, but I didn't expect this one to be so bad. I originally booked the nearby LeFeng Hotel, but I specifically canceled it and booked Hanting again, but I didn't expect it to be like this.

The accommodation experience is really bad. Outside the window is the staff staircase, which is very noisy. It is better to have no windows. There is basically no sound insulation. Talking in the corridor is like talking in the room. And the floor above or below my room may be a restaurant. There has been the sound of chairs being dragged since 7 o'clock in the morning.
