隔音不好，位置離湖二師很近，交通方便，有電梯，環境一般，沒有早餐，但附近有很多美食店

女老闆給安排了帶陽台的房間，住着比較舒適。水熱得快，樓下吃飯方便，就是處於居民區，早上6點半有人上班上學較嘈雜。
