房間還行吧，酒店周邊的環境不錯，有娛樂設施，可以閑暇散步，早餐也蠻豐富，可惜沒咖啡，豆漿少兑點水就更好，服務人員的態度有待提高一下，見到客人不是很熱情，面無表情，畢竟酒店是服務行業，面帶微笑最重要

衞生：衞生很乾凈
環境：環境很好，尤其是晚上非常幽靜

家裡老頭子身體不好，酒店幫忙升了房型，還看了酒店的新年煙花，很滿意，直接續房了。
酒店設施很新，乾淨衞生，物有所值！自助早餐遠了點，但味道還可以，種類比較豐富，粉面啊小菜啊啥的，更新都很及時，個人感覺比希爾頓之類的住的要舒服~

淡季千萬別去 被子有鳥屎 吃飯就一個飯店點啥啥沒有 擺渡電瓶車 説下班了 結果司機自己拉着人在園區裏跑的歡快 景區全是蜘蛛網 走路都弄一臉 沒見過更差得了

整體的體驗感不錯，服務人員都挺親切的，有問題都會及時解決。園區裏住宿選擇也挺多的，有酒店民宿別墅，帶父母和孩子一起來的，都覺得環境很好，因為挨着湖，視野開闊，人也不算多。度假村也有各種遊樂設施，但要單獨收錢，裏面還有碼頭可以坐船到樑子島，自助早餐味道還行，就是不供應咖啡有點不美妙。沒事來度個週末很適合，還能自己帶帳篷來露營。
