房間很大，乾淨，乾濕分離，在沙湖公園邊，距離黃鶴樓不遠，特別表揚一下前台一個帶眼鏡的小帥哥，因為我們趕火車去武當山，又下大雨，打不到車，那個小夥子一直幫我們聯繫打車，由於語言聽不懂，還幫助我們一直和司機溝通，服務真的很好。

我們這次十來天自駕遊，這家全季是我們入住酒店裡服務最好的一家。前台小夥子們服務很到位，辦理入住時聽説我們有長者給我們升級了一間房型，離開的時候還給送了小禮品。酒店設施環境都很新，很乾凈。我們都很滿意，推薦。

出去玩放心的品牌不多，全季算一個。無論哪裡的全季，進門總有濃濃的家人感。作為華住會員，給升級了房型，贈送了早餐。房間安靜舒適很好睡眠。早餐時觀察以家庭旅行和商務出差為多，應該是考慮這裏交通四通八達，到哪裡都方便。武漢的兩天，以這裏為圓心逛了黃鶴樓、江漢關、湖北省博物館和東湖，吃住行都安心方便。感謝前台的十七小姐姐幫我們費心安排，解除後顧之憂。武漢很好，下次還來😽

新酒店，設備都很好。位置便利，周圍很多不錯的早飯店和飯店。酒店的服務也很好。尤其是因為靠近小區，就蠻安靜的，對睡眠友好。很不錯。

全季湖北大學沙湖大橋酒店各方面很不錯，出差、旅遊首選，地理位置很好，出門就是有地鐵站，打車什麼都很方便，距離景區黃鶴樓、户部巷、長江大橋、曇華林等旅遊景點都很近，隧道口附近，玩轉漢口很方便，吃飯的地方也很多，尤其酒店附近的肥肥蝦莊很不錯，酒店大堂有免費的咖啡享用，房間飲品都是免費享用，智能客控很方便，客房乾淨衞生，入住很舒服，酒店環境優美，很有格調，所接觸到的服務人員都特別有禮貌，這次入住特別滿意，前台的工作人員特別熱情、服務周到，會很詳細的介紹了周邊有什麼小吃，非常有耐心，辦理入住時，還主動給升級了房間，贈送了早餐，非常不錯，出行方便，特別感謝前台小哥哥把自己的蘋果充電器借給我，下次來武漢還會首選這家酒店，非常不錯！

最近入住了新開業的全季酒店，體驗完全超出預期！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就感受到細緻入微的服務——前台工作人員笑容温暖，辦理入住高效專業，還貼心地介紹了酒店設施和周邊環境。房間設計延續了品牌一貫的簡約風格，但細節處處體現用心：床品柔軟舒適，燈光系統智能便捷，空氣清新毫無新裝修的氣味，甚至連插座位置都考慮到住客的使用習慣。最值得稱讚的是服務團隊讓人倍感温暖。酒店雖新，但運營成熟度極高，設施維護一絲不苟，性價比堪稱驚喜！如果滿分是10分，我願意為這家全季打11分，強烈推薦給商務出行和休閑度假的朋友，絕對會成為我下次到訪的首選！
