我很少給差評也很少評論，但是這次真的是我出行體驗最差的一次。
首先是服務，我們 13:18 左右到的酒店，前台告知因上一位客人剛退房需等待半小時清潔。雖然訂單註明14:00入住，但當日暴雨導致行程緊張，我們還是耐心等待到了 14:05 左右。最讓我無語生氣的是，期間前台始終未主動告知清潔進度，直到我主動詢問才得到"幫您確認"的迴應。然後我們才被告知有一間空房可以入住。若顧客不提醒，是否會被無限期遺忘？對延誤無任何歉意或補救措施，這種"顧客不催促就無限等待"的服務模式，完全違背酒店業基本職業規範。作為服務行業，主動跟進本該是基本職業素養。
然後是衞生情況，一般地方有頭髮或者牆上有些裂痕什麼的我不會計較什麼，但是我們一開門就看到地上的水還沒幹，還有一股明顯的頭髮，房間也有奇怪的味道，整個就是被淹過一樣，然後發現洗漱台的水龍頭積垢明顯，顯然平時沒有認真清潔過。這種衞生標準與房價嚴重不符，直接影響了我與妹妹的旅行心情，本來是帶着妹妹高考完一起開開心心來旅遊的，我一邊自責慚愧沒選好酒店一邊又生氣。
其次是設施，誰家會把承重柱突兀地置於床側？既影響動線又存在安全隱患，在同類酒店中實屬罕見。我看房價也不低吧？？貴店難道都不稍微改動一下嗎？從來都沒有看過其他酒店這麼設計和佈置房間的。然後就是排水管道，看最後兩張聊天截圖，浴室和廁所的排水管道都堵住了，過了半個多小時水依舊沒排走，最後還是前台另一個小姐姐過來幫忙修好的，如果不是堵得很嚴重我不會大晚上找人來修，但是這個積水實在是堵的太嚴重了，我們還有一個人沒洗澡。最後也是一個很可笑的事，洗澡的水真的不熱，但是等我洗完澡的時候又熱起來了。。。我真不知道該説什麼了。
最後是隔音，早上七點多走廊就吵哄哄的，説話聲很明顯，樓上拖椅子的聲音等等都聽得到，非常煩躁啊，這個隔音效果也是震驚了，牆是紙糊的嗎？
總而言之，以後不會再選擇這家酒店了，包括分店之類，一直避雷，也給我朋友避雷，希望大家慎重選擇。以上無任何作假，願承擔法律責任。作為消費者，我們理解服務行業的不易，但基礎的服務響應、清潔標準與設施維護應是底線。希望貴店能正視這些問題，避免更多顧客遭遇類似經歷。

賓館地理位置優越，距離長江大橋、黃鶴樓都比較近，距地鐵站口也就幾百米遠，距長江邊更近，乘坐輪渡過江非常方便，也非常便宜，一次一人衹有1.5元，附近特色小吃非常多。賓館房間乾淨衞生，洗衣機等服務設施比較齊全，工作人員服務熱情。周邊環境很安靜，晚上不會影響正常休息，值得推薦。

因為是在城市裡 所以預訂了比較中等靠上的酒店 離地鐵站不遠不近800m算是主要打卡地還挺火，也有小吃街 。
住了兩晚平常日子180左右的房間，房間裏有個大柱子兩個人要不然從腳頭爬上去要不然就是側面爬上去真的好尷尬，如果房型不好那你就打折特價房間，半夜11:30入住12:00多才睡床上好像被人坐過很不平整 ，而且 早上六點半左右有電話真的是驚醒説是可能我們訂外賣 真可笑睡了六個小時要定外賣我説不是後來説查一下也沒結果又説可能串線真的很無語，玩了一天回來想要瓶水在前台等了十分鐘幫別人辦理入住後來上樓半小時了才送來 ，真是着急吃不了熱豆腐
