Crystal Orange Hotel Wuhan University Jiedaokou

My friend came to Wuhan and chose this new store, Orange Crystal. The environment is very good, the facilities are all brand new, the subway is less than 50 meters downstairs, the staff are very patient, the service is very warm, and the breakfast is also delicious

Awesome, love this hotel! I have never stayed at Orange Hotel, and I have the impression that it is a business hotel, but I love this Orange Crystal Hotel, it feels very girly! Very safe and beautiful! The hotel rooms start from the 26th floor, with a great view, and the breakfast floor is on the 25th floor, which feels elegant! The room is spacious, with large windows of novel design, a large TV, a double chair and a small table, making it very comfortable for eating snacks! The shower room is spacious and can be used for both rainfall and shower, which is very rare! The sink is also very large, you can put skin care products and hairdressing instruments as you like. The slippers are thick and the furniture in the room has rounded corners, which feels thoughtful! The mini bar drinks included in the room booking were carefully preset to be sugar-free, and they even said you can refill if you don’t have enough. I love it! We booked a room with a designated Sealy mattress, and I slept soundly until dawn. I was not afraid of traveling alone because the room was so cute. The ambient lighting at night was warm but not too bright to disturb my sleep! The pillow also has two preset hardness levels, which suits me very well. The curtains in the room open automatically with a button, very smart! Free TV also includes foreign movies, rich entertainment! The staff is polite and feels comfortable! The lobby is beautiful and has many private rooms, making waiting for a car or someone more private! B1 goes directly to the lobby of Jiefang Road subway station. Isn’t this too convenient? It is one of the few hotels in China that is so convenient, haha. Especially during the peak season for cherry blossom viewing, it takes hours of traffic jam to get to the cherry blossom viewing spots. Here, you can get there by taking the subway for just a few yuan!  The view on the breakfast floor is also beautiful, with many varieties, but the taste is slightly better. For example, it is common sense that the corn should not be too hard and undercooked. 😂 I feel that Western desserts and baking are relatively weak, so I suggest creating more Wuhan Chinese dishes to promote China and spread Chu cuisine! The juice is delicious, and other items such as cheese, eggs, and especially sesame oil chicken are delicious! In terms of hygiene, the auntie at the noodle stall actually pulled down her mask and sprayed the air backwards when she sneezed. Points will be deducted for this. I am worried about the food behind her!  But it does not affect my good impression of the hotel. Next time I hope to try other Orange Crystal Hotels and will recommend them to my friends. The next day, I was ready to go out for fun. The manager Xiaodie took the initiative to introduce the surrounding food attractions, marked the best photo spots and hidden food shops, and followed the guide to check in and got a lot of surprises. The hotel room is not only spacious but also very clean. My friends also praised me for booking a good hotel. Everyone is very happy~ The whole journey felt like time passed very quickly. When I checked out, I forgot a pair of glasses in the room. I was already in a taxi when I found it. After contacting the hotel, the staff not only found it quickly, but also offered to help me express it to my home and follow up on the logistics information throughout the process. From details to efficiency, from professionalism to temperature, Orange Crystal Street Hotel interprets what is the ultimate service with practical actions. Next time I come to Wuhan, I will definitely choose here!

The most comfortable hotel in Jiedaokou, the facilities are clean, modern, the attitude of Miss Yueyue at the front desk is very good, she gave us fruits and travel guides, and we stayed in a city view king room with a great view. The Bluetooth speaker in the room is also convenient to use, and the toiletries are complete. I will try the breakfast here next time if I have the chance.

I must write a good review for the Orange Crystal Street Crossing Hotel. I like Kiki at the front desk. The service is really considerate! After knowing that I wanted a quiet room, she not only arranged a high-rise view room for me, but also specially found a room with the most beautiful city night view. What's more touching is that when I was not in the room, she also kindly helped me to deliver the fruit to the room and put it in place. The hotel environment is super good, the lobby is grand, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are very new. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly made hot dry noodles and freshly squeezed juice are especially delicious! From check-in to check-out, every detail makes people feel the warmth of home. Such attentive service is definitely worth recommending! I will definitely stay here next time I come to Wuhan!
