酒店很好，26樓大堂很安靜，辦入住第一時間倒茶，路遇問好，送東西也很快，有一個雙層機器人送東西很快，大堂整體很好聞，香薰給人的感覺很好，房間設施也很好，沒有異味，客用品都很乾凈，洗髮水，沐浴露都很好聞，吹風機也很好用，拖鞋穿着也很舒服，衞生間也沒有異味，淋浴也很好，花灑很好用，熱水很快，水壓很足，淋浴間也配有防滑墊，地漏很乾凈，沒有頭髮，隔音也很好，很安靜，睡在房間裏一點聲音都沒有，窗户的隔音很好，門的隔音也不錯，房間床品也很好，床墊很舒服，被子很暖和，枕頭很軟，睡起來很棒，早餐也不錯，品種很豐富，水果和沙拉都很新鮮，還有當地特色的熱乾麪，熱菜品種也很多，還有豆腐腦，豆漿之類很不錯，退房也給了暖心水，服務很好，值得推薦，下次還來

非常滿意！位置離黃鶴樓很近，步行到首義廣場18分鐘左右。選的尊享景觀房，晚上還能看見長江大橋。前台的弟弟妹妹每個人都很好，很温柔很熱情！整體服務特別讓人感動，武漢之行非常滿意！下次再來

酒店地理位置優越 ，出行方便、周邊小吃也超多！設施齊全，房間夠大，也乾淨，作為一家新開門店，亞朵床品都是新款 ，每晚都好好眠，着實吃到了亞朵的安利，退房時就下單了pro2枕頭，哈哈哈！新年佈置美，玩累了可以帶孩子在大堂公共空間看看書 做做手工也是不錯的！下一次去武漢 還會預訂的😛

房間設施都簡潔便利，該有的都有，例如足夠的掛衣架，衞生間有晾衣繩，吹風筒和花灑都很給力，非常好用。床品也是一如既往的舒適。早餐是很實惠豐富，搭配合理。還有免費外帶咖啡提供。美中不足就是餐廳和大堂咖啡機經常沒水，沒奶，或者需要清理咖啡渣。工作人員服務倒是不錯的，衹要提出就及時整改了。唯有一個不知道是不是實習生的前台工作人員，問他早餐幾點開始他居然要求我出示房號，房號給他他也沒有辦法直接回復，反而隨便抓一個路過的服務員都能準確的告訴我時間。還需要加強對人員的培訓管理。希望咱們國人的品牌可以越辦越好！

他家1.5米的雙床房確實是超值的親子游首選，至於江景就算了。酒店非常乾淨，服務員態度也不錯，特別贊下洗衣房的服務，會幫你把衣服洗了烘乾後疊好，烘乾機烘得非常幹，比某季的強多了😄
