The hotel does not have all the amenities as described , found lots of black hair in my room (I'm blond) . Also language is a very big problem ,no one speaks any English at all

酒店很好，停車方便又免費，離地鐵2號線很近，周邊都有吃的地方。設施都是新的，用起來沒有！添堵的顧慮。值得入住，温馨體驗。

房間有異味，地毯很臟，衞生間有異響，另外38元的早餐也比較馬虎。綜合來看完全配不上國際酒店的名頭。下次不會再定了。

酒店服務很熱情，早餐很不錯，種類多多，水果、麪點，熱乾麪、牛肉麪等很多，也很好吃，每吃過他家早餐的可體驗一次挺划算；因為是帶小孩出來的，服務員熱情提議可加床，房間寬敞，採光好，衞生也很乾凈，床上用品很舒服，；酒店位置很好找，在後湖大道與興業路交匯處新地東方廣場，周圍環境也很乾凈，住宿免費停車很方便，電梯直達酒店的

第一次住維也納酒店，體驗很好。非常喜歡酒店的裝修風格。前台的工作人員也很熱情，住店和離店的時候都會很熱情的問候。房間乾淨整潔，配套的設施也很齊全。在我們需要額外的一次性牙刷和刮鬍刀的時候，很快就給我們送過來了，送東西的服務員很有禮貌。酒店的地理位置也很好，下地鐵沒多遠就到酒店了，周邊也有商場和小吃街。

前台服務熱情，走進大廳就有問候聲，感覺很親切。詢問周邊景點的時候也介紹的很詳細、清楚。
酒店地理位置好，在3號線地鐵站旁邊，離江灘很近，很適合作為到武漢遊玩的住所。
房間設施設備齊全、乾淨整潔、舒適衞生，整體裝修風格很有特色。早餐種類非常多，味道也可以。
