I had fairly high hopes for this hotel given the positive reviews and the Hyatt brand, net net I would say the experience was just OK, there are more centrally located hotels you could stay at for maybe 10-15% more in price. The hotel is new and is very close to a subway station. The surroundings are residential buildings and a water treatment plant, the Walmart nearby is best accessed by taking a car. The design of the room is nice and spacious but the toilet and bathroom section was missing a door, so it's quite inconvenient if you have more than one person in the room, there is no door to close to change outside of the shower cubicle. The minibar had a sticker saying items inside were free - well the minibar was empty...there was a Nespresso machine but no capsules provided. The breakfast was disappointing as the coffee machine was not working and the food so-so.

I have a wonderful time staying in this hotel. It is new, modern facility with very nice services and breakfast. The room is very comfortable, roomy, and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone either for business trip or family vacation.

We were given an upgrade so we had a huge room. Very comfortable. The only issue is the location which is not close to anything. There is a metro station not far away.
