The room is clean, tidy and smart. The decoration of the lobby on the first floor is very distinctive. They also sent small peripherals and snacks from the Provincial Museum. The breakfast variety is very rich. The hotel is in a very good location. The surrounding subways and buses are very convenient to go anywhere! 房間智能化不錯，可以調節空調、燈光、窗簾，馬桶也是智能的。房間乾淨整潔，無異味，大小合適。早餐種類不多，但是乾淨衞生。還可以機器人送餐。和孩子住得非常舒適，也很喜歡。
前台服務熱情周到和有耐心。我自己帶了洗澡的水管安裝上去後，走的時候擰不下來了😅聯繫工作人員後處理及時有耐心，雖然最後還是沒有弄下來，但是工作人員説等工程部上班來弄再寄給我，真是要給個大大的贊👍

位置很好，帶娃逛了中科院水生物研究所，武漢大學，湖北省博，都很近。多次住各地全季，酒店品牌是沒問題的，但這家的服務略令人不滿。孩子假期來看博物館，帶了switch想接電視玩一下，但酒店不同意幫忙接線，也不願提供電源插板。後來翻了小紅書發現一堆人都有同樣的吐槽。實際上外接hdmi線並不會對設備造成影響，而且其他不少地方的全季是願意協助的。建議優化。房間照片沒拍，放幾張周邊照片分享一下。

因為要參觀湖北省博物館選擇該酒店，步行約10分鐘即可到達博物館南門（通過地下過街通道，往回走天鵝湖路即可到）。
前台服務熱情周到，房間有煙味及時給予了更換、對增加被子和房卡都積極給予協助。
房間智能化程度高，燈光有25%、50%、75%、100%四種亮度，衞生間和床尾有自動感應燈，非常的人性化。
