總的來説是好的！性價比極高，五星酒店的配置。乾淨舒適，環境都沒得説！
❌服務不行❌1.服務真的很差，前台電話不管你怎麼打 基本不接，每天打電話都不接，連住了幾天都這種狀況！
2.和前台要東西，基本每天在30-40分鐘能拿進房間，連住幾天，每天都這樣！
❌廁所反味兒嚴重❌連着兩天被臭醒！簡直折磨😩

在眾多的酒店體驗中，前廳服務無疑是最令我印象深刻的。
一走進酒店前廳，寬敞明亮的空間和温馨的氛圍便撲面而來。前台工作人員就像是酒店的形象大使，他們着裝整齊，精神飽滿，臉上洋溢着真誠的笑容。辦理入住手續時，速度快得驚人，工作人員操作熟練，每一個步驟都清晰地告知我，沒有絲毫的拖沓。而且，他們還會主動詢問我的需求，是想要安靜一點的房間，還是視野更好的房間，細緻入微的關懷讓我心裏暖暖的。
在我等待的過程中，前廳的禮賓員主動過來詢問是否需要幫忙拿行李，還貼心地遞上一杯香氣四溢的歡迎茶，那一瞬間旅途的疲憊彷彿消散了許多。當我對周邊的旅遊景點和美食感興趣時，前台工作人員更是化身旅遊小達人，拿出地圖詳細地為我標記出各個值得一去的地方，還給出了很多實用的建議，像是哪家店的特色菜最正宗，哪個景點的最佳遊覽時間等。
退房的時候同樣高效便捷，工作人員快速檢查房間情況，完成手續後還親切地詢問我的住宿體驗，歡迎我下次再來。整個前廳服務從始至終都充滿着熱情、專業和貼心，讓我感受到了賓至如歸的待遇。如果有機會再次來到這個城市，我必然毫不猶豫地再次選擇這家酒店，因為這裏優秀的前廳服務已經成為我再次光臨的最大動力。

整體體驗非常棒，唯一不足之處就是晚上電話☎️接聽較慢，送物也稍微有點慢，人手安排不太充足感覺，能夠改進就會更棒。也體驗了一直想嘗試的武漢特色早餐，三百多的價位性價比超高，下次還會來！
