All season Wuhan Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street Hotel

The first feeling when we checked in was not good. We booked two rooms but they said they only had one and we had to wait for the other one. We still didn't have a room until 3 o'clock. Later, they asked us to cancel with Ctrip and check in on site to upgrade us, but we didn't cancel and still believed in Ctrip. As a result, we were given two stuffy rooms that were so hot that there was an exhaust fan outside that made a noise all night. We asked them to bring us a fan in the middle of winter. We were asked to check out before 12 o'clock the next day. The check-in the day before said they would check out at 2⃣️ so the room was not cleaned. When we arrived today, we checked out at 12 o'clock. This whole black hotel is really rubbish except for the good location. We decided to change the place to sleep the next day.

I originally wanted a bigger room, so I booked a business room with a double bed. We arrived at the hotel around 12:30, and the waiter who received us said politely, "Oh, you came at the right time, there just happened to be a room that has been cleaned, otherwise you would have to wait for an hour!" (This waitress was full of lies, I forgot to write down her ID card), and then she kindly said, "Just scan the QR code and bind your mobile phone number, and I will set up the room Wi-Fi for you, so you can use it directly when you go upstairs!" Later I found out that she was the one who scanned the QR code for me to join Huazhu Club! They didn't tell me at all, nor did they ask for my consent! And the person who checked in after me said the same thing, and someone gave her the phone to operate it directly! ) So we checked in smoothly. When I went in, the doors of the rooms were all open. The aunties were cleaning and many rooms were empty. I took a look and found that every room was bigger than ours. I was already a little unhappy at this time. What I didn’t expect was that it was already very late at night when I came back from traveling. When I wanted to go to bed, I lifted the quilt and was shocked! The bed sheets were extremely dirty, as if someone had stepped on them with a big footprint! Then there are two very short male hairs. My daughter and I both have long hair and hadn't gone to bed yet. My daughter was so sleepy that she didn't want to toss and turn and just went to bed. I gritted my teeth and lay down on the bed, but after more than an hour, I really couldn't fall asleep, so I went downstairs to ask for a room change the next day, and specifically asked for a bigger room. When the waiter saw the photo of the bed sheets I took with my mobile phone, he changed me to a bigger room without saying a word. Unexpectedly, the next day, the young lady who received me when I first arrived said, "Oh, the view of the room you changed to is blocked. I will move you to the one next to it." I looked and found that the room was the smallest one! I was really angry 😡 so I refused it outright, and thus, I was successfully transferred to a larger room. I didn't expect that when I was checking out, the waiter directly asked me to take out my phone and give their hotel a thumbs up, saying that there were indicators! It turns out that this is how good reviews are posted! I didn't use it to give her a good review! I was already very angry when I lived here😤! This hotel has a bad review!

We couldn't check in at 2 o'clock because the room was full the day before and couldn't be cleaned. We went out for a walk first. After we checked in, the table and bathroom were not cleaned properly. There were hair and some other stuff. It really didn't fit the price! The only thing I am quite satisfied with is that there is a pedestrian street downstairs!

Environment: Generally not as good as expected Hygiene: There are still hairs from the previous resident Service: The front desk service is very poor and you have to wait for half a day to swipe your ID card These are somewhat understandable because there are too many tourists and it is too busy. The main thing is that someone suddenly opened the door and came in when I was resting in the room in the afternoon. The hotel front desk replied to me that I was working and I couldn’t handle it. Finally the manager came over and said that she was the one who opened the door and handled the matter with a slightly better attitude.

The worst experience ever. The room was small and the windows were all closed and airtight. There were too few varieties of breakfast. The hotel was in a high-rise building with three other hotels and other companies' offices. It felt very chaotic. It was easy to get on the wrong elevator if you were not careful. It was not worth more than 500 a night. You can stay in a better star hotel at the same price. It feels like it's only worth a little over a hundred. The service is pretty good.

酒店門口不好找啊，停車不方便，滴滴車進不了酒店門口的，每次都得自行走到路邊，房間是很新，環境乾淨整潔舒適，衞生也乾淨服務很好，就是設施不完善沒有空調衹有抽風，天氣冷了但是房間裏很悶熱，最後叫服務員提供了風扇，還有樓下就是步行街什麼都方便！
