設施：設施非常好，基本上沒有碎壞，餐廳和洗衣房都很乾凈，外賣有專門的送餐機器人，茶吧枱種類也很全，大廳有專門的臨時休息區
衞生：房間衞生不錯有住了兩天沒有見過什麼明顯污漬，床單被套也很乾凈
環境：酒店在一個單獨的院子裏，沒有太多噪音，開着小窗也不影響
服務：這次住宿是住如家的經歷裏最好的一次，因為原房型不能連住兩天，所以中間還重新辦理了入住，續住的房間進去還是覺得第一天住的房型好，又重新辦理了大一些的房型，那個年輕的前台小哥是態度挺好的，全程都很耐心還教我怎麼操作平台，最後也是成功解決了所有問題，最後還送了兩人份的早餐，在洗衣房洗的衣服忘記拿，工作人員還幫忙放進了烘乾機，最後還給疊了起來放在旁邊乾淨的衣婁裏，因為洗的衣服有點多…前台小哥還幫忙拿了乾淨的洗衣袋…總之這次武漢的出行體驗非常好…感謝！

店內僅有的兩台洗衣機，還被店內員工佔用了，這名員工都下班了還要把洗衣機佔著，沒辦法衹好手洗，原本選擇這家酒店因為有和齊全設施，結果還要跟店裡員工搶洗衣機

院子寧靜，房間都安靜，價格實惠，停車方便，房間衞生，工作人員熱情有禮貌，酒店細節蠻到位，裝修很新，第三次入住了，公共區域都很乾凈温馨，就是還沒吃過早餐，下次試試！

房間特別乾淨，前台服務態度很好，周邊離地鐵都很近，特別是小姐姐，小哥哥們服務都特別貼心，早餐也特別好吃，停車也非常方便，離哥哥景點都很近，如果下次還來武漢，還選擇這家店
