酒店地理位置很好，附近幾百米就是武漢動物園，周邊有很多小吃店和便利店
衞生乾淨： 作為最關注的要點，房間衞生情況令人滿意。床單、被套和毛巾都潔白乾凈，沒有異味。衞生間也打掃得很徹底，地面和潔具都很清爽。
服務熱情： 前台工作人員辦理入住和退房效率很高，態度親切。需要多一瓶礦泉水時，也很快送來了。
性價比高： 在這個地段，這個價格能住到這樣乾淨舒適的酒店，非常划算，符合如家一貫的定位。
早餐也還挺不錯的種類比較多

設施：設施非常好，基本上沒有碎壞，餐廳和洗衣房都很乾凈，外賣有專門的送餐機器人，茶吧枱種類也很全，大廳有專門的臨時休息區
衞生：房間衞生不錯有住了兩天沒有見過什麼明顯污漬，床單被套也很乾凈
環境：酒店在一個單獨的院子裏，沒有太多噪音，開着小窗也不影響
服務：這次住宿是住如家的經歷裏最好的一次，因為原房型不能連住兩天，所以中間還重新辦理了入住，續住的房間進去還是覺得第一天住的房型好，又重新辦理了大一些的房型，那個年輕的前台小哥是態度挺好的，全程都很耐心還教我怎麼操作平台，最後也是成功解決了所有問題，最後還送了兩人份的早餐，在洗衣房洗的衣服忘記拿，工作人員還幫忙放進了烘乾機，最後還給疊了起來放在旁邊乾淨的衣婁裏，因為洗的衣服有點多…前台小哥還幫忙拿了乾淨的洗衣袋…總之這次武漢的出行體驗非常好…感謝！

酒店位置很容易找到，環境非常不錯，房間非常乾淨，無異味，採光很好，床十分舒適，早餐也是非常美味，🍜也很好吃，十分推薦外出遊玩選擇。

房間沒有異味，很乾凈，交通也很方便，離地鐵站不遠，隔音很好，不吵，很安靜，前台也很貼心，保潔阿姨也很體貼，合理的需求都會滿足。

店內僅有的兩台洗衣機，還被店內員工佔用了，這名員工都下班了還要把洗衣機佔著，沒辦法衹好手洗，原本選擇這家酒店因為有和齊全設施，結果還要跟店裡員工搶洗衣機
