Very dark lighting in the swimming pool with no lines. Sauna is good. Dining hall and self-service restaurant offers a great variety of food, perfect breakfasts! Wiring in the shower cabin could be more safe. Also some mold could be found in the shower area of the swimming pool. Goods at the convenience store are overpriced. The territory outside hotel is ultra nice!

1. The AC doesn’t work well and we were just burning the whole night.
2. There is a unpleasant smell in the whole room
3. The service sucks. On arrival, the front desk gave us the wrong room and they did not bother to check with us. Instead of the queen bed, they gave us the standard room with two simple beds.
4. The hotel failed to provide any ice so we couldn’t enjoy our own champagne
5. They failed to give the hard pillows as we requested.
6. There is a big bug crawling in the hall on our arrival.
7. The windows are so dirty
8. All the juices are lies. Apple juice turned out to be water.
Overall, one of the worst trip experience we have ever had.

早餐還不錯，房間乾淨整潔。前台入住速度較快，雖然有很多要填寫的防疫表格。總體不錯。就是位置不太好找。

1、酒店一進去整體環境還不錯
2、室內恆温泳池有小朋友池，很放心讓小朋友玩耍，温度很適合小朋友
3、就是大人的泳池能不能温度再高一點點，雖然知道標準池的温度，大夏天下水也有點冷
4、雖然比較遠，但是帶丫出行也是很不錯的
5、希望酒店能越做越好，畢竟武漢親子酒店不多

酒店離市區遠平常入住率不高，看了網推端午節去的，進房間一股黴味，窗户上的蜘蛛網🕸️告訴我可能這房間有一個月每人住沒打掃了，瓶裝水上部分結露珠了。遇節假日員工人手不夠，客服電話無人接，用手機打前台要小童牙刷答應之後再無結果。早餐自助餐中規中矩，晚餐海鮮自助浪得虛名。
