The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes from the highway. There's also a 16-meter subway station nearby, which is also very convenient. The hotel is a European-style castle building, perfect for taking photos and checking in. Parking is also very convenient. The lobby is very beautiful. Ms. Hu at the front desk checked in quickly and was very welcoming. She even gave children free toiletries and a free room upgrade. The swimming pool is large, and there's a free gym. The breakfast is very rich, especially the hot dry noodles, which are really authentic and delicious. The front desk also gave free fruit. Checking out is also very convenient, and there's no need to queue. It's really good. I highly recommend this hotel.

There are a lot of bad things. The curtains are broken, the robot doesn't deliver food, and the breakfast fruit has a strange smell.

The hotel stay was satisfactory. Xiao Luo at the front desk provided very good service. The sun was a little stronger outside during the day, so it was suitable for playing indoors during the day. There was unlimited entry to the indoor heated swimming pool. The room was decorated in a business style, with a bathtub and a smart toilet. The outdoor area was European-style. The location was a little remote, but the service was okay. It is suitable for parents and children to travel during off-peak hours. I hope it will continue to maintain this style.

The room is also very large, with complete supporting facilities, separate wet and dry areas, an office space, a separate dressing table, and a large bathtub. As a five-star hotel, the hardware facilities are pretty good. But the breakfast is very simple, basically vegetarian. For little ones, there aren't many options. The child only ate a piece of bread because there are no restaurants around the hotel, and more importantly, all takeaway orders must be picked up by the customer downstairs, and there is no robot to deliver to the floor. The takeaway we ordered was delivered to the floor for us by Xiao Xiao at the front desk. So I was worried that the child was not full, so I took a few pieces of bread and informed the restaurant lady at the door. In many star hotels, this kind of situation will be handled in a more humane manner. But the lady in the restaurant here is very unreasonable. Anyway, the rules are here and you are not allowed to bring them. We had a very bad experience. Even though it was right at home, I don't think I would choose to stay here again.
