I often stay at Lavande Hotel when I go out. This time I was disgusted. When I opened the bed, there were hair, used double eyelid stickers... and half-dried fruit marks on the table. Sigh! Although I called to change the quilt cover, I still couldn't avoid the psychological disgust. Strengthen the management.

The environment is too bad, the facilities are very old. The wallpaper in the hotel room has fallen off. The charging plug can be used on one side and not on the other. The curtains cannot be closed or opened. They cannot be opened manually. The hotel password is too complicated. When checking in, I asked for a non-smoking room. The front desk told me that the entire hotel room is non-smoking, but we can smell strong smoke in the entire corridor. There is a bit of moldy smell when entering the room, including the buffet restaurant. There is also a moldy smell, and all the dishes are vegetarian, which is very uncomfortable.
