前台很不專業，搞東西很慢，訂房間前電話交流説定兩個大床房可以安排同層鄰間，到了以後發現前台根本沒記錄，並且分的房間很吵，半夜機器運作的聲音很大，震得睡不着，床上污漬很多，很臟，並且用前台的手機拍身份證，公安系統壞了不及時修復，用員工手機拍照，有未成年人第一時間沒發現，過了半個小時打房間電話要求記錄訊息，體驗很差

前台朱小姐熱情服務，既然我晚到了也給我安排了舒適的房間，戴眼鏡的男同事態度也很友善，給我們旅客帶來了家的感覺。
房間大而整潔，每天提供打掃，環境也很幽靜，出行也方便，公交站和地鐵站都不遠。

這次武漢旅遊的體驗感極差，並不是因為武漢城市帶給我的感覺，而是酒店問題，暑期旅遊大部分酒店都漲價沒話説，但是我希望酒店更是因為旺季而重視一下酒店的衞生，首先進房間，第一印象還行，畢竟是新裝修的，放了下東西就出門了，等到晚上十一二點回來住的時候，刷牙的時候沒有牙刷，打開洗漱吧抽屜也就是大家看到的圖一的情況，我表示很生氣打通了前台的電話，前台表示馬上給我送個牙刷上來，但是你看到那個盒子臟的真的很噁心，洗完澡想洗一下隨身的衣服襪子，讓前台拿個肥皂，結果是老鼠啃過的，一個酒店，竟然把老鼠啃過的肥皂給顧客用？這衞生是有多差？我全身雞皮疙瘩都起來了，頭皮發麻，老鼠啃過的肥皂，臟的洗漱盒，還有洗澡的時候淋浴間一直漏水到房間，用擦腳巾墊地下都全濕了，好在我們自己帶了浴巾，沒用酒店的，就這衞生也不敢用，實在是晚上太晚了，而且碰上週末酒店溢價，衹能自認倒黴，但是這酒店200多一晚也不至於太便宜吧，這衞生怎麼可以做到這樣？
