來武漢參加國際學術會議期間和同學一起入住了這家“百年老店”。
📍座標：勝利街同興裏16號，地理位置很棒，鬧中取靜，民宿門口小巷子本身就是當地特色，兼具了煙火氣息和民國文化氛圍。所以既有得吃，也有得逛。
🏠環境：民宿本體建築是文保對象，所以本身結構上就是近百年前原汁原味的結構。後期老闆一共做了三層，一樓除了接待入住還有咖啡小吃和膠片攝影，二樓主要是客房，三樓有家別緻的小餐廳，室外還帶了露台。
🛏️客房：這家房型都是小套間，活動空間挺大的，裝修風格是民國海派風，床品舒適度高，住進告知精緻生活裏的即視感。
⭐️公區雖然不大，衹有一個小天井，但不得不提的是這家民宿房間的窗景，靜謐的綠，斑駁的法國領事館，和門口的煙火氣息形成鮮明的對比，彷彿時空在這座民宿裏交織了！
🌟另外，這家民宿還有人力黃包車體驗，給穿越體驗又添了一分真實感！
這次來武漢也算是當了一回“民國貴婦”，推薦給喜歡復古風格的朋友們，這家性價比高的！

優點還是有得，地理位置理我們要去的地方都不怎麼遠，但是，七百多的房間給我安排在樓梯拐角處，房子一樓租出去做商鋪，人來人往就算了，還有人上樓上拍照打卡什麼的，人很雜，樓梯間的燈長期不關，照得整個房間都很亮根本沒有辦法睡，出去關了一次又被後面回來的人打開，半夜一兩夜別人上樓都能聽到很清晰的走路爬樓梯的聲音，早上六點多就被吵醒，知道隔音效果不好，也沒有人去提醒一下別人在睡覺聲音小的，服務的話，沒有服務可言吧 除了辦入住之前老闆發了些什麼周邊吃飯的地方給我，住兩晚中間不搞衞生的，垃圾都不收走，也不會補充洗漱用品，房間衞生也很差，床頭那個桌子上好厚的灰，真的是一言難盡的體驗，七百多真是花得很冤枉

終於拍到了我心心念唸的巴公房子啦
不得不説這個法式的**真是人擠人嘞
要想找個好的角度，🉐必然要錯開高峯期呀
住附近的同興里社區的木子公館
老式洋房的設計感，拍照嘎嘎出片！
超級😍浴室裏的大浴缸，去**拍累了回來泡個澡，真心舒服
住在百年老式的洋房
離巴公房子衹有幾百m的路程
早上睡到自然醒，走路就能去逛***
趁人還少的時候爽爽的拍照，簡直不要太出片了！
附近還有很多名人故居，領事館舊址，小資餐廳
足夠讓你逛上一整天，美美的拍拍拍！
雖然在繁花的市中心，老式的房子
但隔音效果真挺好
晚上開着窗户🪟睡覺都不覺得吵呢！
樓下還有小資的天井可以休息
文藝的咖啡廳可以喝[咖啡]
有滋有味的法式生活，在這裏，得以滿足！

第一次當少爺竟然是在武漢
話説真的武漢故事的開始從這裏最合適
在同興裏入睡和起床都是令人愉悦的事情
在百年的青磚綠瓦里居住本身就是一件奢侈的事情
從細節到整體設計都令人賞心悦目
房間內的陳設到金可兒的床墊
樓下的照相館和咖啡
可能城市的發展同樣需要這樣歷史悠久和美好蜕變

民宿在熱門景點黎黃陂路旁邊的巷子裏，巷子本身也是一條文創小街，有一些古着店、小飾品店，穿梭來往年輕人拍照。房間設施維護很好，裝修一流，配色高級，置身其中彷彿回到民國時期。不過北方人住不慣有點濕冷的老房子，特別是一樓。老闆和管家都很熱心，最後還用黃包車送孩子到停車場，收穫不少目光。

十一的時候去的 民宿位置絕佳 就在同興裏裏麪 出門即是景點 但是因為是衚衕裏並不受到街上的吵鬧 門口很多好吃的 出門步行二三百米就是巴公房子 離蘭陵路步行10分鐘 江邊也很近 我們2024年十一入住 房子很新 各種設施都很好 床很軟 每天聯繫店主有兩瓶農夫山泉贈送
