【避雷警報】這家酒店堪稱服務業界的"泥石流"，刷新了我對酒店認知的下限！非黑非仇，但必須用血淚史警示後來者：
1. 按金奇譚：攜程訂房還要收額外100按金？，一問説是店長要收的，我住了快上百家的酒店了這還是第一次。
2. 裝修騙局：我特意找新裝修的酒店，結果所謂"新裝"根本是舊樓貼狗皮膏葯！原本不不知道什麼廠房，用板子隔成單間，衞生間都生銹了，洗澡的花灑水龍頭估計有一年沒用了吧，全堵住了。這算哪門子新裝修？
3. 服務荒漠：沒有座機的酒店就像沒有方向盤的汽車！要瓶水得啟動"跨平台協作"——先聯繫攜程客服轉接外交部，再經歷三次"花式拒絕"服務：
• 一顧前台："阿姨下班了"（18:53）
• 二顧前台："我在吃飯"（您吃飯客人就該渴死？）
• 三顧前台："忘記房間號"（建議改名金魚記憶酒店）
附上我給打電話的三次時間。早知道這樣我加二十塊住全季去了。
4. 管理災難：員工培訓用的是《如何氣死客人》教材？從收銀到服務生全員演繹"糊弄學大師"，建議申請"服務效率負分吉尼斯紀錄"！

5. 隔音災難：房間牆壁薄如蟬翼，隔音效果堪比紙糊燈籠！深夜12點半隔壁激情開黑、情侶吵架、甚至打噴嚏擤鼻涕都聲聲入耳！請問貴店是專為偷聽愛好者打造的“午夜劇場”，還是給失眠人士研發的“沉浸式噪音療法”？建議改名“共享自習室”——畢竟毫無私隱可言！
一直到隔壁十二點半不説話了我才睡着，早上五點半又被吵醒
總結：一家同時集齊“按金+偽新房+服務真空+聾子都能當經理+24小時直播隔壁人生”的酒店，存在的意義是什麼？答案可能是——為《人間受苦圖鑒》提供鮮活案例！
想體驗“花錢買罪受”的至高境界？請鎖定此酒店！正常人請速逃，逃時記得帶上耳塞+速效救心丸！
這不是酒店，是大型人類迷惑行為展覽館！住這裏不如睡公園長椅——至少不會經歷"三顧茅廬求瓶水"的魔幻現實！強烈建議繞道，讓這家店安心角逐"年度最差服務獎"！

窗户小，打開幅度不大，透氣性差，房間味道難聞。去的前一天專門打了電話溝通，告知酒店有長者和小孩，會晚到，希望可以預留無煙房。結果我們晚上11點左右到達時，打開房間門一股刺鼻的煙味鋪面而來，令人窒息、久透不散。和前台交涉，告知無同類房間。我們利用週末來武漢看櫻花，行程安排很緊，衹有早出晚歸捏着鼻子硬抗兩天。衞生尚可。
