之前一直住維也納的，這次入住這家維也納，前台小姐姐跟我説他們有的房間新換了地板，可以體驗一下，然後給點意見反饋。我還是蠻願意嘗試的，首先給我的服務態度就很親切。在6樓，酒店雖然開業有點年頭了但日常維護還好，整體感覺還可以，這是維也納的風格。坐在沙發上可以看到外面的街景。燈打開也很有氛圍。房間換了地板看起來比地毯的乾淨些，不錯

在大道上，門口停車位很多，聽前台小哥説這裏換了地板，可以體驗一下，一進門很亮堂呢，維也納之前住的都是地毯，不過乾淨衞生就行。特意選了一間靠小區的，不錯，前台説話也很大方，舒適

從岱黃高速下來很快就到了，很晚了前台一直給我留房在，服務也很耐心，附近都是黑乎乎的衹有他們家大廳的燈很亮，附近吃的是真的多，放行李又下來吃了宵夜，熱鬧，有都市的氣息

真的非常感謝前台小妹，一家人出來玩，就選了個吃喝方便的酒店，房間乾淨，退房的時候前台給我打電話説孩子的電話手錶落在房間裏了，給我打電話才反應過來，説幫我郵寄，真的是太貼心了，不然必須贊呀

前台小姐姐熱情服務好，還主動倒熱水，已經是入住第二天了，武漢太冷了，住他們家空調給力也不乾巴，非常喜歡維也納的床品，各方面都非常好
