Overall good. Mainly casual. You can go upstairs directly in the elevator without swiping your card. When friends come to visit, the delivery boy also goes directly upstairs. The responsibility lies with you. There was background music while taking a shower, which I personally found a bit noisy. I could hear the music even when I was taking a shower next door. It's about 6/7 minutes' walk from Jiayuan Metro Station. There is a supermarket downstairs and it is very convenient to have food.
