The service attitude of a girl at the front desk was terrible. We checked in at 6 o'clock from 2 o'clock on the day of check-in. This is the efficiency of this hotel. However, the guy in charge was very good and gave us a small gift afterwards, so this was not a problem. The normal check-out time is 2 o'clock, but I planned to check out later because of something, so I discussed it with the front desk, but the girl's attitude was like that of an old man, she said absolutely no, and didn't give any explanation.

The sanitation is very poor. The toilet was not cleaned. There was black residue when it was opened. The toilet drained very slowly.

The soundproofing is very poor. We booked a business twin room. At around 5am on the first morning, there was a loud clanging noise outside for half an hour. It was very loud. I asked the front desk, and they said they were full and couldn't change rooms. When I asked what the noise was, they said it was the table being repaired. They promised there wouldn't be any more noise the next day, and there wasn't any the next day. But on the third day, it started again, with the same clanging noise for half an hour. At around 5am, I called the front desk, and they said it was the garbage truck across the street. If that was the case, why did you lie on the first day? Business Twin is the most expensive room in the hotel besides the suite, and that’s the result? It's really too bad.

The room environment is very good, the facilities are complete, and the guy and girl at the front desk are very enthusiastic 👍
