最近入住了 武漢的新華路漫心酒店，體驗感堪稱完美，必須要好好誇讚一番這家酒店的細節服務。從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了無微不至的關懷。服務人員熱情地迎上前來，主動接過行李，微笑着引領我們前往前台辦理入住手續。這個時候前台工作人員會暖心的奉上一杯熱茶，前台工作人員效率極高，辦理過程中始終保持着專業和耐心，還貼心地為我們介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務。進入房間後，更是被各種細節所打動。房間佈置得温馨舒適，整潔乾淨自不必説。桌面擺放着新鮮的水果和歡迎卡片，讓人倍感温暖。衞生間裏，洗漱用品擺放得井井有條，品質也非常好。而且，房間的燈光設計十分合理，可以根據不同的需求調節亮度，營造出不同的氛圍。打掃續住衞生的時候，客房的阿姨也非常有禮貌，會主動幫忙把衣服疊好，有時候看我水不夠喝也會多放兩瓶，細節之處滿滿。在酒店的餐廳用餐時，服務也同樣出色。服務員熱情地為我們推薦菜品，介紹特色美食。菜品的口味更是讓人讚不絕口。用餐過程中，服務員會不時地過來詢問我們的需求，及時為我們服務。
酒店的其他設施也處處體現着細節服務。健身房設備齊全，乾淨整潔，還配備了礦泉水和濕紙巾，真的非常貼心了。洗衣房洗衣液、消毒液、小童洗衣液配備的很齊全，酒店的公共區域也都打掃得一塵不染，讓人心情愉悦。

位置交通很便利，華住會旗下的酒店，選擇這家的主要原因是離漢口火車站近，附近美食也很多，萬松園美食大排檔，餘艷梅牛肉拌麪，酒店旁邊有菱角湖萬達廣場和武漢天街，逛街購物都是不錯的選擇，房間的乾濕分離做的特別好。視野也很不錯，配備的水是巴馬鉑泉是飲用水，總體來説這個地段這個設施這個服務，性高比絕了

在新華路漫心酒店的體驗非常棒！服務人員的態度熱情周到，讓人感到賓至如歸。房間佈置温馨舒適，設施一應俱全，晚上的駐唱小姐姐更是提供了一個放鬆身心的好去處。夜晚時分，從房間望出去的夜景美不勝收，雖然身處繁華地段，但是隔音不錯，室內環境非常安靜，保證了睡眠質量。整體來説，是一次難忘的住宿體驗！

朋友介紹過來住的，比預期的要好，價格合適，前台服務好，積極主動，非常好。房間裝修風格也很時尚，簡約大氣，記憶枕對於睡眠淺的我真的太棒了，很舒服，床單被套都是潔白的，很乾凈，淋浴房有防滑地磚，熱水出的也很快，洗澡很舒服！！機器人送外賣也很方便，成功被圈粉，下次出差還選擇這裏

前台服務熱情，房間寬敞，燒水壺很有創意。酒店出門左轉200米紅綠燈路口附近非常多餐廳、路邊小館子。距離萬達不行10分鐘。一點建議：瓶裝水可以多放二瓶哈。

酒店旁邊地鐵方便，前台服務熱情周到，機器人送物很方便，衹要打電話給前台，一會就能送到房間，很不錯。房間:乾淨，整潔。床品舒服，有軟硬兩種枕頭可以選擇，這點就很棒。洗漱用品質量也很好，！自助早餐種類豐富，很喜歡，有機會還會再來的

衞生：客房乾淨整潔舒適，阿姨打掃的仔細。
服務：入住辦理很貼心，前台的貝貝小姐姐還提供了熱門景點推薦。
設施：LG的洗烘設備3台洗3台烘，洗的又快又乾淨滿意。洗衣房裡一般有洗衣液，如果沒有了也可以叫前台提供。
外賣就能叫到有名的-餘艷梅拌麪，特別特別好吃😋
附近離地鐵步行約7分鐘，打車到萬象城也就不到十分鐘，去沌口體育場打車也就半個鍾。去哪都挺方便的。
主要是住的舒服，乾淨。好評！

酒店地理位置很好，離漢口火車站很近，門口就是公交車站。周圍還有萬達廣場和那個天街。可以逛逛，前台小姐姐熱情服務好會常來。
