真是差到沒話説，前台女的像別人欠他錢一樣，兇惡的很説話語氣，加了20升級的房間還是這個樣子，哪裡花一百多應該也比這裏住的好吧，升級了連個窗户都沒得，味大的不能住

房間整體還不錯，給個五星好評，因為很少寫點評的，看在前台小妹妹服務態度還不錯的的面子上寫下吧，優缺點都有：
位置：在武昌火車站的旁邊，步行的話需要3-5分鐘時間，樓下有地鐵站4、7號線，對面是宏基客運站。
交通：這個地理位置，交通不用説了，有公交站，長途大巴，地鐵站很方便。
景點：距離黃鶴樓、户部巷、長江大橋、辛亥革命紀念館、首義公園、楚河漢街等都挺快的，公交地鐵大概3站路左右，玩的話是值得推薦的！
房間：一個人過來玩，訂房的時候沒注意到我定的無窗的，到店之後前台的小妹妹跟我講我定的沒窗户的單間，後面一想我要看看夜景，索性就加錢升級了一個帶窗户的房間，房間有大的落地窗，裝修簡約大氣，房間名字是以不同城市名稱來命名的，背景牆還做了該城市的標誌性建築，可以説是相當用心了！設施設備都挺齊全的，至於熱水還有洗漱品那就不用説了，基本的東西必須有。就是房間不大，入住前已經看過點評了。反正個人住是沒問題的，另外就是隔音一般，酒店嘛多多少少隔音方面都大體差不多的。就等晚上看看夜景咯！整體滿意！

這是我有史以來住到過最差的酒店 首先 最開始訂的是一個沒窗户的房間 圖片上明亮整潔 實際上到了房間 昏暗 有氣味 而且特別悶 我衹能説不是給人住的 然後我打了攜程電話之後換了一間房間（開始態度強硬就是不退不換）換了一間有窗户的 重點就是這間有窗户的 臟的要死 進去一股味 特別是床頭一股尿騷味 我也不知道酒店是怎麼搞的衞生 房間差就算了 還有尿味是怎麼搞的 隔音也非常差勁隔壁房間住進來吵到凌晨兩點 我實在受不了過去敲門才安靜 連個放毛巾的架子都裝不起嗎 毛巾搞個箱子放地上 從來沒有住的各方面這麼差的 我衹能説在有生之年體驗了一下坐牢是什麼感覺 最後配幾張圖 垃圾酒店 這種酒店趁早倒閉吧 噁心人

這家酒店是如何做到在各個方面都差的這麼全面的？
1、預訂之後下午三點半以後到店，被前台一臉我欠她兩百萬的表情告知有客人延遲退房叫我等着，等了差不多有半個小時才有好不容易打掃出來的空房讓我去住。你拿客人A的合理入住時間去滿足客人B的續住要求？這裏麪的邏輯我沒懂。
2、一百塊錢的酒店我本來就沒要求設施有多麼豪華。但是滿地小卡片，電視是壞的全程藍屏，無線網的網速刷不出微信消息，大冬天把熱水開關調到最大卻一滴熱水都沒有都是我沒有想到的。頭一回碰到連熱水都沒有的酒店。
3、大早上正睡着，清潔工不敲門破門而入。我問她幹什麼，她説她被前台告知我所住的房間是待清掃的臟房，我説我沒退房我還在這住着。於是她道了個歉以後在門口大聲打電話與前台理論我的房間還有客人這件事。前台那個人如果不是從事服務行業的人員，告訴我是什麼高利貸收債人員我都信。下樓退房她刷視頻的聲音比我説話聲音還大，真看不出來是一個正在上班的人。

在武漢這邊住的，前台非常熱情，還給我免費升級的房間，衞生感覺不錯，單間的價格很滿意，住起來也很舒服，就是因為在武昌火車站附近可能房間都不是很大，但是住起來很温馨

環境還可以，如果隔音再好一點就非常不錯了，性價比很高。離車站也很近，最好是去訂帶窗的房間，這樣空氣流通比較好
