Lovely lovely staff who kindly upgraded my room. Very happy to answer all questions, and really appreciate communication regarding when I would want the housekeeper to come. Good facilities, great location. Very happy to come back again !

I stayed on the first floor of a duplex.
The two nights were noisy due to the children upstairs, but the staff was responsive.
It was a great value hotel, and the location was conveniently located near the subway station.

We booked the largest room, and the room was great, spacious and clean. It's a bit far from the subway entrance, so we need to walk across the street. However, this is a subway issue, as the nearest entrance to the hotel is not yet open.
