I was on a business trip to Wuhan and was recommended by a colleague. The service was friendly, the environment was clean and quiet, and the sleep was very comfortable. I gave it a good review.

This is the worst stay I have ever had in Atour. 1. There are hairs on the floor drain in the bathroom, and the floor is not as clean as expected. 2. The twin beds are small, not as good as the beds in other four-star hotels. 3. When I booked the room, there was a king-size bed room, but it was gone when I arrived. It was available again after I booked it. For old customers, this check-in experience is very bad. 4. There is no bagged brewed coffee. Is it to pave the way for the Atour coffee on the first floor? 5. There is no bathrobe in the room, which is very unfriendly for friends like us who suddenly travel without pajamas. 6. The push button on the bathroom door can't be pushed, so you can only pull it. The toilet outside is very small and inconvenient.

How can a hotel downgrade a customer without permission? I am speechless. They act like they don't care if you want to stay or not. They should have closed down long ago.
