Stayed for 3 days. I was afraid of making mistakes before I moved in, so I called the customer service several times and they replied patiently. I was not disappointed after I checked in. Everything was good. The customer service also told me the viewing time of the room and some nearby travel guides. Overall, I was very happy. The room is on a high floor and the environment is great. Downstairs is Lihuangpo Road, across the street is the river beach, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to Sanzhen Minsheng Old Restaurant for breakfast, as well as Shengli Hotel Lotus Root Soup, Sishuai's Hubei cuisine, Suiyuan Longxu Noodles...

You must avoid this hotel. It was really a very bad day in Wuhan. I really didn't expect to encounter such a weird hotel. I checked in to this hotel on the 18th. The owner told me to check in at 2 o'clock and put my luggage at 12 o'clock. As a result, my mother sprained her foot by the river, so we arrived at the room at 1 o'clock. We stayed in the living room while my aunt was washing sheets and quilt covers and cleaning the kitchen. I told the customer service that I wanted to add two extra quilts, and they agreed. I found the aunt, and she said that there were no quilt covers left. The previous guest had used up all six quilt covers, and the current quilt covers had been washed and couldn't dry. She asked me if I could use disposable quilt covers. After I refused, she suggested hanging the washed quilt covers in the room, which might be dry at night. I agreed, and suggested that you put the disposable quilt covers on me first. What if they are not dry, I can only use the disposable ones. If they are dry, I will put on the cloth quilt cover myself. The aunt suddenly got angry and accused me in a very loud voice, saying, "Why are you so troublesome? Why do you want everything? Don't you know that a homestay is not a hotel and you cannot add quilts?" I was also very angry and had a few words with her (I won't go into details), then I called customer service, who agreed to let me put on the quilt cover they had used and apologized. Afterwards, my child, my father and I went out, and my mother stayed alone in the living room of the homestay to rest. During this time, the customer service called and said that the aunt would come over to change my quilt cover. After the change, my mother called me and said that the aunt had put on the quilt cover. She also told my mother that the newly bought Yunnan Baiyao had been delivered downstairs. My mother said she already had it and didn't need it, so the aunt left. Then I complained to the customer service. I asked why your homestay was like this. The auntie actually quarreled with the guests and the sofa was not clean. The customer service sent me a bunch of messages asking me to find another place to stay. I was outside at the time and did not see the messages in time. At about six o'clock, their female supervisor called me and told me directly that I should get a refund. I would give you 100 yuan for taxi fare and you could find another place to stay by yourself. I understood as soon as I heard it. I was considered a user with potential risk of bad reviews. If I refunded the money, I would not be able to leave reviews on Ctrip. So I told her that I would not find another place to stay because I was traveling with my elderly and children, and my elderly had sprained his foot, so it would be inconvenient for us to find another place. It would be inappropriate to chase me away at this time. I will leave early tomorrow morning, and I also refuse a refund. The merchant informed Ctrip that I agreed to the refund. Ctrip called me twice, and I said that it was not the case and I did not need a refund. Later, my child and I went out to eat. At eight o'clock, my mother sent me a WeChat message saying that she found a yellow object on the quilt cover and suspected it was feces. I immediately sent pictures to the B&B staff, and the customer service said it was impossible and that the ointment you applied must have rubbed onto the quilt. She said she would call the police. I agreed. She said she would send someone to the B&B at ten o'clock to solve the problem with the police. I agreed and returned to the B&B. I said please don't come too late, as it will affect the rest of the elderly. She said there was no way, as she lived far away and it would take time to get here. I agreed to wait until ten o'clock and told her to call me when I got there. I held the quilt and waited in the lobby in the afternoon. (At this time, I went back to the hotel and asked about the smell on the quilt and confirmed that it was 💩). During this period, I urged them once, and the customer service replied that they were on the way and would be back as soon as they got back. It was past ten o'clock and there was still no sign of anyone, so I called their supervisor, who said she would not be coming today and told me to leave now and she would refund my money. The lines would be inspected at night and there would be a power outage, so I should pack up and leave (there was no mention of line inspection or power outage at night before), and they would not be responsible if anything happened. I was very angry at this time, and I told her that she must come and solve the problem, but she refused to come. I went to the police station and called the police. The police called her, but she refused to come, saying that she lived far away and that she could only come after work at 10:00 the next day (she knew that I had a train at 9:00 the next morning and had to leave at 7:00). I came back from the police station and found that the combination lock didn't work. At this time, the customer service kept sending me messages, asking me to refund and not give a bad review, and threatened that there would be a power outage. I still refused to refund. At 0:36, the power went out in the room, but the lights in the corridor and other residents' homes were on. There was no power outage for maintenance as he said, and no one came to inspect the lines during that time. I called the police again, and the police called him. She said that the electricity would be restored soon. As a result, there was still no electricity until I left the B&B at 7:30, the room was very cold, and there was no hot water. Because the electronic lock was broken, I didn't dare sleep all night, for fear that someone would suddenly come out and drive us away. In the morning, I put the key directly at the supermarket opposite and asked her to refund my deposit. The B&B refused to refund it and even turned around and said that I had smeared the **** myself. The cleaning lady wanted to sue me for defamation. If I applied it myself, why didn't I talk about it after checking out? I knew very well that I had transferred her the deposit via WeChat, and it would not be refunded if the items were damaged, so why did I go through all this trouble myself? Their customer service said it was medicine, then I suggested calling the police, then they said they had set off, then they said they couldn't come. Why didn't I dare to face the police face to face to resolve the issue? This is the whole story. I have never seen such a horrible and despicable B&B. I don't know what rules their boss has set to make the employees torment me for an entire night just for one review, and even cut off the power supply to force the guests. It is simply insane. If my elder had not sprained his foot that day and had difficulty moving, I would have checked out when the cleaning lady had a big argument with me in the morning. I thought it was only one night and I would leave early the next morning. It would be too troublesome to change places. The B&B also gave me a quilt cover and apologized, so I could continue to stay. I really didn't expect that it would be such a wrong decision. My originally pleasant trip to Wuhan has been brought so much trouble and harm. Until now, the B&B still thinks it has done nothing wrong and refuses to refund the deposit. It even slandered me, thinking that I am troublesome and difficult to communicate with. I said I would give you a refund and give you a free stay, but you didn't appreciate it and instead continued to make trouble, forcing me to cut off your electricity supply. It's all your fault for not knowing what's good for you. But I refused to get a refund. I just wanted to truly reflect my real experience and feelings of my stay. After I finish my review, I will not respond to any comments about the hotel anymore. I have already complained to the Culture and Tourism Bureau. If anyone has any doubts about the authenticity of this, you can ask me for the police report, WeChat screenshots, videos, and audios. I sincerely recommend that you avoid this B&B.
