The service was outstanding. Communication with the hosts was easy via WeChat. Building was quite easy to find.
Our stay was still great despite the place weren’t completely clean with some dusts on racks and some stains on the sofa.
It is advisable to bring own towels and kitchen utensils (bowls / fork & spoon). Kitchen only has a kettle, a few cups and a small fridge.
Appreciate the daily housekeeping too.
Location is perfect as there were many great restaurants just along the streets and a supermarket across the road.

The room is exactly how it looks like in the photo. I booked for a whole week, and decided to continue rebook for the 2nd week of my trip. Because the host is very accommodating, and the aunts who help clean the room is really friendly even though I cannot speak chinese.
Don’t worry about the hot water as well, I booked this during december and the shower’s water heat up right away.
The location is really convenient too, you are surrounded with good chinese restaurants, convenient stores, walking distance malls, and near subway.

The room was just like the pictures, clean and tidy. Laundry is available, and disposable towel sets are provided. The owner was very welcoming and I had a very comfortable two-day stay. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby. During the two-day special forces tour, I had almost no time to take photos. The pictures on Ctrip are indeed bigger and cleaner than what you see.
