最近有幸入住這家酒店，真是讓人難以忘懷。酒店的環境非常優美，一進門就能感受到那種寧靜和舒適。前台接待非常熱情，辦理入住手續迅速，還細心地為我們介紹了酒店的各種設施和周邊景點。
房間寬敞明亮，裝修簡潔大方，設施齊全。床鋪特別舒服，每晚都能有一個良好的睡眠。而且隔音效果也很好，不會被外界噪音打擾。最讓我印象深刻的是，房間的窗户可以看到美麗的城市景色，真是讓人心曠神怡。
早餐非常豐富多樣，各種美食應有盡有，味道也很不錯。餐廳的環境也很優雅，用餐氛圍很好。

樓下前台白色衣服的女的什麼意思？外賣前一天能送上樓（前一天不是她是個小姑娘）第二天不允許外賣員送上樓！這個酒店是有電梯的哈不是沒有，直接跟外賣員説不給刷卡衹能爬樓梯你幾個意思啊我請問呢？有電梯不給刷卡讓人家去爬樓爬不是一樓二樓爬五樓啊你自己怎麼不爬？對後面雖然也是你給我送上來的但是你爬樓了嗎我請問？你不會是坐電梯上來的吧，*****，單獨説這個白色衣服的女的哈其他幾個年輕小姑娘都挺不錯的可能這位阿姨年紀大了也到***了才這樣的吧🫢

酒店大堂很明亮寬敞，前台的小姑娘辦手續態度蠻好熱情有問題讓我打前台電話24小時有人。晚上十二點多我打電話到前台讓她們給我送涼拖鞋，前台説涼拖不衞生，一次性拖鞋可以送兩雙避免病菌傳染，這麼一想是那麼回事，一次性滴用到也放心些，乾淨安全衞生也不會被人二次使用，酒店想的蠻 到，下次也照着7天優品這種酒店住。

前台和經理態度惡劣，房間自己賣完了不提前通知，已經入住的旅客不能續住，以後再也不來這裏了住了，如果你房間賣完，續住旅客就衹能叫你退房離開，還不會提前通知，真的是最糟糕的服務，從來沒有遇到過
