麻雀雖小五臟俱全，離地鐵站很近噠，5分鐘的路程而已，高樓層風景好好噠，房間裏面也挺乾淨噠，下次再來。

我算是該酒店的老顧客了，之前一直讓我幫忙給以前的訂單給個五星好評，我也是不厭其煩一個個全部給了好評的，但是昨天的住宿體驗讓我很心寒！！！昨晚因為臨時有事很晚才休息，所以特意在攜程辦的延遲退房，但是今天下午一點鐘開始就一直打電話催着我退房，我當時還沒有睡醒，迷迷糊糊被吵醒四五次，最後甚至讓保潔來非常大力的敲我門，而且態度非常不好（是在我明確表達推遲退房可以扣我按金之後），就是一直趕我走，我瞬間沒了接着續住的心情，起床收拾好於下午三點十分出門辦理退房，但是前台看我太好説話就扣了我兩個小時的按金，所以你們酒店的時間是20分鐘=1個小時？？？而且在保潔大力敲完我門後，我聽到保潔跟前台講讓她每個小時收我35塊錢，合著你們這收費標準也是看人下菜唄？那我之前一直都是半夜入住第二天準時退房，怎麼沒見你們把差價退給我那？這種態度和做法太寒老顧客的心，以後再也不會去了

首先説位置就在地鐵站旁邊，停車入口有些難找，繞了好大一圈才找到。再就是酒店設施很新，但也是問題的所在，一打開門裝修的味道太大了，我們定的是親子ktv房，一進去簡直太辣眼睛根本睜不開，ktv就是一個廁所改裝的小房間門是背景牆做的裏面根本不能進去，因為會被裝修的味道沖暈倒，我們晚上很遲才入住也不想麻煩再換房間了，還好樓層高就是整晚是吧所有的窗户打開睡的。再就是設施估計這個房間很少有人住，所以我們一晚上跳閘了三次，熱水壺一開就全部跳閘，帶着爸媽孩子等着洗澡太鬧心了，住酒店這麼久這種情況還真沒遇到，線路肯定有問題，這還是晚上可以不燒水就喝冷水，那白天入住怎麼辦呢？總之入住心情非常差下次也不會再考慮了
