Friendly homestay (Wuhan Tiandi and Hankou River-beach Branch)

不推荐 . Not recommending at any cost. It was one one my worst experiences with trip.com. First of all we have served with a different room instead of the one that we have booked. No round bed and no bathtub. It was very smelly and dirty. It is quite old building and no lift to the parking. No mineral water, tea bag, and towels. The bathroom was the worst because pipes are clogged and while showering you sink in the wastewater. As I informed the customer service, they contacted hotel to give me the room that I have booked in the first place. But as per my check, it was also dirty with used condoms and tissue around the bed and bathtub was like a ****** scene. The flat is comfortable and the host is very kind. However, the room was not very clean: the air conditioner spread dirty things in the air. Secondly, one the beds was very hard and uncomfortable. Lastly, we were 3 people but there were only 2 towels.

The room had a great view of the coty and everything was clean.
