第一次入住麗怡這個牌子，酒店服務真讓我意想不到的好，房間提前開好了空調，武漢大夏天
這麼熱，一進房間就是很舒適，房間還準備了水果，都很新鮮，棗子很好吃，還有值得一提的是酒店的洗衣服務，跟其他酒店不一樣不是自助，我可以直接放在洗衣袋，服務員上門收了洗好送回，不要太解放雙手，而且我襯衣都還幫忙燙好了！樓下有售貨機，大堂也有咖啡機，什麼都有，設施很齊全，而且酒店獨棟，夜晚很安靜，出差牛馬必選！

這個服務很哇塞，提前打電話問需不需要提前夜床，我還衹在星級酒店聽過，結果進房間真的滿滿的儀式感，謝謝管家紫影的安排，房間乾淨整潔，酒店環境啊，設施設備啊，還有自助早餐都非常好，入住的很滿意，最最最印象深刻的還是酒店的服務[強]，還有免費代洗衣服務，不需要自己去自助，非常貼心，出門在外有被重視的感覺！

酒店環境非常好，停車場很大，健身房洗衣房設施配套很齊全，而且酒店服務非常棒，還沒到管家紫影就電話聯繫詢問要不要開空調，進房間空調開好了，房間乾淨衞生，還準備了水果，晚上又送了冰粉，很不錯的入住體驗

酒店離出差的工業園不遠，周邊打車也很方便，獨棟樓，看起來很氣派，超大的停車場，居然還可以打籃球。房間寬敞明亮，還有專門的喝茶區域，網速也給力值得表揚。還有免費的健身房但是太晚回就沒有去體驗，下次來一定去體驗一下。酒店衞生也很讓人安心，不僅房間一塵不染，感覺我到的公共區域包括大堂餐廳這些地方都很乾凈。另外服務也是很到位的，辦理入住和退房都很快，房間會提前打開空調，還準備水果，晚上還有綠豆湯解暑，總之強烈推薦給朋友們！

無論從服務、安全性、乾淨程度來説，這家酒店都驚艷到了我，我常年出差住了很多酒店，這家酒店真的有把我當做家人的感覺。入住當天晚上因為正在開視頻會議，衣服還沒來得及洗，突然想到辦理入住時，前台的有跟我説他們可以免費代洗衣物，我就打電話到前台，很快就來了一位阿姨上門收臟的衣服，等我會議結束正好送過來乾淨整潔且疊放好的衣服，這對出差黨也太好了吧！以後有機會還會來住！
