設施：一切都非常新，住的舒服
衞生：很乾凈
環境：自駕遊落腳點，免費停車很贊，附近吃飯也不少，去哪都挺方便的，早餐種類不多，能吃飽
服務：很熱情，還送了水果，還有宵夜吃，是其他酒店少有的～希望堅持哈

1.網上諮詢管家回覆很迅速2.我訂房後當天傍晚管家主動來電與我確認2天加了一個大人想多要一床被子，但是滿房了勻不出最後客房想辦法從別的店拿了一床被子來3.臨走還送了小朋友小零食做小禮物4.早餐還不錯，酒店內酒自助式早餐有饅頭、油條、蒸玉米、煮雞蛋、白粥、醬菜、春捲，以及牛奶、果汁等。填飽肚子沒問題了。油條能吃出是現炸的，玉米也很香糯。5.房間收拾的很乾凈服務員還給換了床單被罩，服務很貼心。

第一次入住麗怡這個牌子，酒店服務真讓我意想不到的好，房間提前開好了空調，武漢大夏天
這麼熱，一進房間就是很舒適，房間還準備了水果，都很新鮮，棗子很好吃，還有值得一提的是酒店的洗衣服務，跟其他酒店不一樣不是自助，我可以直接放在洗衣袋，服務員上門收了洗好送回，不要太解放雙手，而且我襯衣都還幫忙燙好了！樓下有售貨機，大堂也有咖啡機，什麼都有，設施很齊全，而且酒店獨棟，夜晚很安靜，出差牛馬必選！

這個服務很哇塞，提前打電話問需不需要提前夜床，我還衹在星級酒店聽過，結果進房間真的滿滿的儀式感，謝謝管家紫影的安排，房間乾淨整潔，酒店環境啊，設施設備啊，還有自助早餐都非常好，入住的很滿意，最最最印象深刻的還是酒店的服務[強]，還有免費代洗衣服務，不需要自己去自助，非常貼心，出門在外有被重視的感覺！

酒店環境非常好，停車場很大，健身房洗衣房設施配套很齊全，而且酒店服務非常棒，還沒到管家紫影就電話聯繫詢問要不要開空調，進房間空調開好了，房間乾淨衞生，還準備了水果，晚上又送了冰粉，很不錯的入住體驗

很好很乾凈，送了吃的。是看小紅書上的帖子説這裏離高速比較近，開車路過武漢就訂了這裏的酒店，房間挺好的，吃的也很好吃，附近貌似沒什麼吃的所以訂了早餐，早餐也挺好吃的，這裏停車場還挺大的，如果自駕的話，比較推薦。
