I arrived at the Zhongnan subway entrance at 8:30 in the evening. The host picked up my luggage for me. 4. The landlord drove me to print things by tram, and he also explained that he was afraid of paying me a high price, let alone those from other places. Ha, very good, do Wuhan people like to bully outsiders? 5. The landlord upgraded my room to 20 square meters. 6. The landlord likes to joke, I am in the central area, the price is 50,000 per square meter, this price is very suitable, 88 yuan; you are a boy, don't be afraid. Ha ha ha ha. 7. After a nap, it's dawn. In short, quite satisfied.

Check in carefully, only suitable for long-term rental. There is no hotel facilities, the hardware is not good, the sound insulation is not good, and it is very inconvenient to check in. Seven or eight people live in a house, most of them are uncles and aunts who come to see a doctor. There are often people in the toilet, and the living room outside smells like medicine.

住了4.4 4.5兩天，訂單3.25日提交。 過程: 4.4中午11點提前到民宿，放了行李，晚7:49回到民宿大概等了20分鐘，其中一位房東將我們帶到了靠近水果湖站的一間民宿中（走路10分鐘）。大概與房東交涉到20:30回到民宿 4.5 21:20回到中南醫院站，因一些原因,原房東將我們換到另一間民宿（同靠近水果湖站，距離較近），在漢街逛了一會後，22:49回到民宿。 4.6 大概十一點左右退房。 住了兩天，首先房東的態度很好，兩天內的交涉都很流暢，高峯期房源緊張問題確實存在，但是我預訂的民宿被更換，我理應及時的得到訊息，以致行程規劃被打亂。 最後: 僅就住房的兩晚而言，並沒有問題，房間和價格符合（第二次房間要高於同價格房間品質）。其他和本人之前旅遊住過的並沒有區別，都在正常範疇內 唯一的槽點就是，訊息交流不及時，交涉期間含糊其辭帶來的對客人的不尊重和住房安全感缺乏兩個問題。 整體較為推薦，但租房前務必確認住房位置能否接受，以及圖房不符的信任感是否在乎。

5月26號晚上又住了一晚，微信交易的，一樓104，裏面竟然有老鼠！老鼠凌晨爬我腳上給弄醒了，後面又去另外一個賓館住了一晚。店家衹同意退一半的房費，我倒是不差這點錢，關鍵是沒有一點要改正的態度。

老闆人很好，親自開車去接我，房間環境也很好，還給我換了個大房間，有兩張床，還説想睡哪個睡哪個哈哈哈哈哈，超讚
