Hotel facilities are great, staff are friendly especially the front desk agent Mia, she gave us a room that we requested and great support during our stay, will definitely be back next time to for her. Anyhow, other agent like Summer needs some improvement thought with bigger smile and greeting to guests upon arrival and greeting when meeting each time.

Is amazing to have ahuge pillar right in between the window.. the water pressure in the shower is low. Their room rate is high among the Hilton or similar standard hotels.

This is a neat, stylish and clean hotel. The bedding is very comfortable. The hotel is nearby a shooping mall, 天街，which is convenient for the traveler to have meals. It takes few minutes to access the metro station.

Location is quite nice. Although there was several things which decreased our experience of staying at this place: there was no soap in the room; breakfast is sooo mediocre

Room was great, very clean, well appointed and very new. The location is also great,close to everything, breakfast was also good. Got upgraded due to Hilton Gold Member, however really no other recognitions.
Unfortunately, the service was the let down, reception staff showed no interest, no eye contact, no communication, didn’t tell me where is the restaurant opening hours, inclusions of my room and worst didn’t even tell me where is the lift to get to our room.

On the way back, I sprained my foot and complained. One of my friend posts was seen by Xiao Liu. Xiao Liu quickly gave me a large bowl of ice cubes and packed me a gift bag of snacks. He said that the swelling must be reduced otherwise the pain will make me unable to sleep at night. It was so considerate. No wonder my best friends are at this hotel every time. The morning after I checked in, Xiao Liu kindly sent me a message to ask if I was okay. If there was no inconvenience, he could send breakfast to the room👍👍 It was the first time I encountered such a considerate and warm front desk, but because of the timely message yesterday, I went down to eat by myself. When Xiao Liu saw me coming down, he greeted me with a smile and told me that I could delay check-out in the room and reissued my card to avoid demagnetization. I was very satisfied with it. I will recommend this hotel without hesitation to my friends in the future when they come to Wuhan. I give Xiao Liu’s service 100%👍👍
