It's great to come here. The hotel faces west and is located on the Yanjiang Avenue in Hankou. Across the road from the hotel entrance is the river beach. There are ferries that can take you to the two rivers at night. Not far from the hotel to the west is Jianghan Pass, where there are museums, supermarkets, and the famous Bagong's house. The interior of the hotel is very clean, and there is gurgling water in the lobby. The room layout is reasonable, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, where you can comfortably cuddle up on the sofa and watch the sunset, the traffic and the rolling river. And the round ball design on the top of the hotel is a highlight. No matter how far I wander at night, I can find the flashing ball just by looking at it. The hotel has complete facilities, including bars, coffee shops, and tea rooms. There is a revolving restaurant on the 41st floor on the top, where you can have a leisurely dinner and watch the changing scenery of the river and the passing clouds outside the window. The little girls and handsome guys at the front desk provide good service and look good when they smile. The receptionist at the door was also meticulous in his work on a hot day and answered all questions. The sisters who do the cleaning on the floor are very conscientious and responsible. When we return to the hotel after playing every day, the room is neat and clean.

I have to complain, this was a terrible stay. Checked in that night and was upgraded to the executive floor during registration. But a series of bad experiences started after checking in. 1. After taking a bath, I found that the water in the bathtub was blocked. 2. I woke up from the heat at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The room was stuffy and hot. This was March in Wuhan, and the temperature outside was very comfortable. I found that the air conditioner panel only blew hot air whether it was turned on for hot air or cold air, and there were no windows to open for ventilation. I called customer service and the technician who came to my door told me that there is no air conditioning in Wuhan during this season. Let him enter the house to experience the sweltering heat. He said that he could feel the heat as soon as he stood at the door. I asked why it couldn't even blow natural cold wind. Anyway, it only had hot air. As a result, the master brought a fan to cool down and ventilate the room. It was incredible that I fell asleep with the fan blowing on that night. 3. The phone can only be used for hands-free dialing, and the handset cannot be used. The hands-free sound is too loud and the volume cannot be adjusted. I went to customer service to report the situation in the middle of the night, but the old man who was already asleep was woken up like this. It was really frustrating! I hope the hotel can continue to improve its facilities and give everyone a wonderful accommodation experience. The cost of a hotel night is quite a lot, so it should at least be worth it.

First of all, the hotel is very cost-effective, the location is great, and the breakfast is delicious It’s not good to say that the diamond bonus was not available at first. I asked them to check before they said it was available. The room upgrade showed confirmation, but there was no room on site. In the end, I was too lazy to bother and didn’t upgrade. It was said that check-out at 2 o’clock would take half an hour to clean. I want to say that I didn't know if I could clean it up in half an hour, so there were all kinds of hair in my room...the toilet wrench was still loose. Hotel is in a good location. Right near a shopping street with some night markets and plenty of food around. I booked a city view room but was given a room with a view of the inside of the building. The room was big and spacious but the carpet smelled bad which made the room smell like an old pair of socks. Bed was clean and shower was clean. Overall not a bad stay but I saw other rooms on my way out that were much cleaner and nicer. I paid extra for the city view but didn’t get it. So a bit of a waste of money. Other friends that stayed here on same day for free upgrade and paid half what I paid and also got the city view. Not worth paying extra I think. Breakfast was not worth it. Better to eat nearby. Overall the hotel is a bit old and I would say probably a 2.5-3 star. Needs a good clean, some new carpet and some better food for the breakfast. Looks good in the photos but I guess I was just unlucky with the room.

In addition, the hotel only provides 8 hours of parking in the underground parking lot 🅿️. If you pay more than that, it is suspected to be 6 yuan an hour! Just like that!

We had a great time at this hotel. Located central to everything. Desk staff were nice and housekeeping did an excellent job of taking care of and cleaning the room daily. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the famous pedestrian street. We never ate at the hotel because food services by the hundreds were just across the street. Very happy with our stay here and would return again in the future. Wonderful.

The front desk staff of Lucy and Elvin are very helpful and especially helped us to bring our heavy and big suitcases to their main entrance for taxi to airport because there are so many stair steps which are not user friendly for our elders to walk up and down with heavy suitcases. Also we would like to thank for one lady she (陳四妹) works in the restaurant where provided for breakfast. 首先這個位置真的是超超超超級便利！一出地鐵站就能到、一出門就是江漢路步行街！我住了兩晚上步行街逛了好幾遍哈哈哈哈，樓下就有茶顏悦色運氣好的時候根本不用排隊。還有就是晚上門口就是夜市，吃的穿的用的飾品什麼都有。房間倒是不大，但是出來玩衹有睡覺才回酒店對我沒啥影響。另外就是前台小姐姐很好、態度好、服務好、如果再來武漢的話我還會來住的。因為地理位置太好啦！
