Reception and concierge service is excellent especially Mr Han, Mr Ding and Mr Bao. The reception ladies are also very proactive and helpful. Housekeeping staff is also excellent. Happy with the overall service. Train and MRT are nearby. Quite a number of eateries around hotel. Next to hotel, a small supermarket.

A hotel with an excellent location. When we drove to Wuhan, the hotel was at the intersection of Jianghan Road. There was a pier right outside the door. It was at the intersection of a pedestrian street and next to the Tsutaya Bookstore. It was also convenient for eating. You can park your car about 400 meters away from the hotel. Underground Parking Lot. The rooms in the hotel are very clean, the decoration is beautiful, and the price is cost-effective. Will recommend to friends.

The room is quite big and the sanitation is very good. The boss's service attitude is also very good. He even came to deliver mosquito coils to me late at night. It was already 11:30. He was always on call and was very attentive to customers who were delayed.

The sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She gave me hot ginger tea when I entered the door. She helped me put on a protective cover for my ID card. She also upgraded the room for free.
The room is very big. I like the independent audio system very much. The quilt is very big and presses against the mattress to prevent it from being kicked. There is quite a lot of breakfast.
Aunt Tian in the guest room also thoughtfully gave me a makeup mirror.
The staff at this hotel are very nice, very attentive and considerate of customers. I will come back next time I have the opportunity to come to Wuhan.
(It would be better if there was a place to dry bath towels in the bathroom)

We booked the Stairway Hotel at the Wuhan Tianhe Intl Airport because we had to catch a flight the next day and we didn’t want to travel in the morning. I found it exceptionally convenient for us because it’s location on Terminal 3, right where we our boarding gate was located. The room was clean and spacious for a family of 4, including an indoor balcony. The room comes with all essential toiletries and a bottled water. The breakfast had fruit, coffee, bread, pastries, warm food, and local breakfast specialties like hot dry noodles and deep-fried dough sticks. Even if the price is higher than hotels outside the airport, it was definitely worth it because of its convenient location and clean facilities.

TTeobisataThis hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient for traveling, they have a free pick up to Wuhan train station. In few minutes by Didi you can easily arrive at the center of Wuchang which is plenty of restaurants and family attractions.
The service is very polite and the staff very friendly, they kindly helped me with some small issues.
The room is clean and nice and there is a robot delivering goods at the room.
The manager before leaving gave us a small gift which was really appreciated during the trip back home.
The price is affordable and for sure I will consider this hotel again for my trips to Wuhan.
I strongly recommended it.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

2 complaints:
1) beds are hard. I’ve stayed at Modena in the past. I don’t remember the beds being quite so stiff. But I would think twice before staying again. Uncomfortable beds are a deal breaker.
2) there are 0 USB plugs in the room. The wall sockets are in serious need of upgrading.

GGuest UserBecause I had to take a flight early the next morning, I checked into the Vienna International Hotel Wuhan Airport Branch on the evening of January 25. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by the newly renovated hotel facilities, high-end atmosphere, and magnificent European decoration style. Immediately I came to the front desk and was greeted with a smile by the staff with ID No. 2 and received me warmly. At the same time, she took into consideration that we were older and specially arranged a comfortable and quiet room for us, so that we had a pleasant and unforgettable last night in Wuhan. And early the next morning, we also tasted the delicious and rich breakfast provided by the hotel, especially the ”hot dry noodles”. I will stay at this high-quality hotel with warm and thoughtful service when I go to Wuhan in the future.

First and foremost, one aspect that stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere that boasted cleanliness and tidiness. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made me feel instantly at ease and comfortable.
One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of food available were simply outstanding. Whether you prefer Western or Asian cuisine, there was something to suit every palate. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, made-to-order omelets, and much more. It was an absolute culinary delight to start my day with such a sumptuous and satisfying meal.
The hotel's gym facilities were also worth mentioning. As a fitness enthusiast, I greatly appreciated having a well-equipped gym that was accessible at any time. The machines were in excellent condition, and the gym itself was spacious and bright. It was a pleasure to work out while enjoying panoramic views of the city. MMohamedSomerset Zhuankou Wuhan hotel is a very nice place to stay with family. We stayed 2 nights in 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious, each room has a TV with 45 channels ( 5 or 6 in English). The furniture is modern and looks very new. there is a very good kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, huge fridge, and reasonable cooking utensils. There is a washing machine and dryer and stand to dry up your clothes. Technically, this apartment can accommodate 7 people in some ways.
Breakfast is nice, it has Chinese cuisine and also items for non-chinese or Asians like boiled eggs, rice, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, bread, butter, jam, cookies, some hot plates. So breakfast is more than ok.
It has a nice swimming pool and a small pool for kids. Suna is also there (opened only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 pm). there are kids playing ground, ping pong table, and a world-class gem.
The location is not very far from Wanda plaza ( 12 RMB by didi- 3 km away) and also another Eaon mall that is a bit far. There is a grocery shop just beside the hotel where you can get very nice bakery stuff, anything you want fruits, vegs, drinks, meat, chicken and also they do have food court to eat on sot from a menu. This grocery shop has fantastic seafood and huge crab, lobster..etc you name it.
The front desk is standard style so you will get answers if you ask questions. Although they are straight forward and locally trained they are kind or lack somerset and ascot hospitality that I got in different locations like Jakarta for example where they are very helpful, warm, hospitable and smile and pleasant all the time. Saying so doesn't mean that your stay will be by all means less enjoyable as you will get all your concerns answered. It is just you need to tell them and they will reply.
Housekeeping and kitchen are very warm and nice ladies and they are down to earth, hospitable, and always ready to help just bring your google translate and there are no problems at all.

YYee KwanBEWARE IF YOU PAY AT THE FRONT DESK AT THE HOTEL. THEY DOUBLE-CHARGED US AND DID NOT REFUND THE OVERCHARGE.
We booked through Trip.com and selected to pay at the hotel (our mistake). We used our Alipay QR code to pay at the front desk, but the transaction took a while and seemed to have failed (slow internet connection). We tried again and the second time it was successful. It wasn't until we left Wuhan and checked our credit card statements that we noticed two of the same charges from the Ethos Hotel.
Contacting the hotel, the staff was pleasant and helpful but never admitted to seeing a double-charge in their system. The person on the phone said they would investigate and asked us to call back later. After a day, we called back; they said they contacted Trip.com and that a refund was given to us. This refund they were referring to was the Trip.com deposit to hold our rooms. We explained the situation again, but the person helping us kept saying we should contact Trip.com even though we paid the hotel directly.
Now back at home, we contacted Trip.com. After chatting with one of their reps, and providing our credit card and Alipay statements as proof of the double charge, they said they would get back to us. The result was an email with the message,
”Duplicate deduction/overcharge-Duplicate deduction/overcharge: Not duplicate deduction/overcharge.”
We are not surprised by this result, as Trip.com cannot verify any payments that took place because the actual payment happened at the HOTEL FRONT DESK.
So here we are trying to go through our bank to see if they can do something because they CAN see the 2 charges that were 3 minutes apart from the same hotel. We hope this will be resolved and all this was a misunderstanding... time will tell.

The lobby is spacious and the rooms are average, the hygiene is OK, the bathroom is relatively small, the door faces the toilet, and it is inconvenient to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, and the water is not very smooth, but the service staff of the room is very good and responsive. Breakfast is located on the top floor, with a wide view, a full range of varieties and good taste. Due to personal reasons, I dyed two square towels and a medium towel of the hotel, and was asked to pay 50 yuan in compensation. I feel that the charge is too expensive. The compensation should be charged reasonably and the interests of consumers should be protected. However, it is indeed better to be careful not to let such things happen.
