What can I say? What an amazing stay again. I’ve stayed for work events in which we used the ballroom for our work celebration. I then came here for peace when my father passed away. This was the one place I knew I could come that brought me peace and happiness. This trip was for my anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We decided to to go with a suite and the reservation came with a free photo shoot. Our photographer, Xiao Liu, was kind and the photo shoot was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet has live entertainment and amazing chefs as well. We also wanted to get massages too but ran out of time. We will get them next time. Overall, I’m grateful for Optic Valley Hilton and the true peace our experiences bring each time. Exactly what we need on vacation.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient for traveling, they have a free pick up to Wuhan train station. In few minutes by Didi you can easily arrive at the center of Wuchang which is plenty of restaurants and family attractions. The service is very polite and the staff very friendly, they kindly helped me with some small issues. The room is clean and nice and there is a robot delivering goods at the room. The manager before leaving gave us a small gift which was really appreciated during the trip back home. The price is affordable and for sure I will consider this hotel again for my trips to Wuhan. I strongly recommended it.

We stayed in Kailaixi Hotel in a family room with 3 beds. The room was cleaned every day, has a huge window and good sound-proof. The location is great - we could enjoy the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze river bridge from our room window, it takes 5 mins to get to the subway station. Everything is great about the hotel, just a little drawback — poor WiFi, especially in the evening. The variety of food for breakfast is impressive, although there is not much Western food, mainly Chinese. Restaurant staff, namely the lady ”007”, is very friendly and she treated us kindly and taught us to use chopsticks! Thank you, ”007”! There is a lot of free stuff in the hotel — water, snacks and good coffee in the lobby. All in all, the Kailaixi Hotel impressed us a lot! I can't see any rude disadvantages, and I personally can't see much difference between Kailaixi, which is 3-star hotel, and any other 4-star hotel. I think Kailaixi hotel deserves 4 stars!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marco Polo Hotel in Wuhan City, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from check-in to check-out. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way possible. First and foremost, one aspect that stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere that boasted cleanliness and tidiness. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made me feel instantly at ease and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of food available were simply outstanding. Whether you prefer Western or Asian cuisine, there was something to suit every palate. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, made-to-order omelets, and much more. It was an absolute culinary delight to start my day with such a sumptuous and satisfying meal. The hotel's gym facilities were also worth mentioning. As a fitness enthusiast, I greatly appreciated having a well-equipped gym that was accessible at any time. The machines were in excellent condition, and the gym itself was spacious and bright. It was a pleasure to work out while enjoying panoramic views of the city. The hotel staff also provided clean towels and water, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable workout experience. Apart from the gym, another impressive feature was the swimming pool. It was a splendid oasis, offering a refreshing escape from the bustling city. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing ambience. I thoroughly enjoyed taking a dip and unwinding after a long day of exploring Wuhan. Throughout my stay, the staff at the Marco Polo Hotel exhibited exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to cater to any needs or inquiries. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone did an outstanding job, ensuring that my stay was unforgettable. Overall, the Marco Polo Hotel in Wuhan City provided an exceptional experience that I highly recommend. From the cleanliness to the delectable buffet breakfast, from the well-equipped gym to the tranquil swimming pool, this hotel surely knows how to pamper its guests. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay and cannot wait to return in the future.

I gave it all five stars, which is not really good. It's just because the service staff are so polite that I can't bear to give it a low rating. Many of them are problems with the hotel system and they can't do anything about it. advantage: 1. The environment is good and the equipment is new. It can be seen that everything is new and there are no signs of being old. 2. The breakfast environment is also good and very clean. The food is what you can get in other hotels (such as Jiji), and the aunt who cooks the noodles is very enthusiastic. 3. The location is okay. It’s not far from Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk. It’s not close at all. If you use the subway to get around, it’s fine. shortcoming: 1. The air conditioning in the lobby is very weak. It was even a bit stuffy while waiting for luggage on the day of check-out. The corridor outside the room didn't even feel like the air conditioning was on. 2. There is no refrigerator in the refrigerator cabinet, and there are no tea bags in the tea bag box. The front desk said it was a new hotel and the refrigerator was still on the way. The tea bags were not properly trained and were not replenished even after two days of stay. 3. The quality of hotel towels is not good. When you wipe them after taking a shower, you will see cotton lint flying everywhere. The light in the bathroom is very strong, which is particularly obvious. 4. The quality of the toiletries is not good. When I was blow-drying my wife’s hair, I obviously felt that my hair had become dry. When I asked him, he also said that the hair conditioner was very drying. I also felt that the shampoo would make it itchy after washing it. The ones I usually use are from supermarkets and are not very high-end. This is definitely a bargain. 5. I stayed in the 886 river-view double room (Room 1506) for two nights. The river view was basically 0 (very side, very side, very side), which was just a gimmick. The shortcomings are more like hotel system problems (such as weak air conditioning, bulk purchase of towels, refrigerators, toiletries, etc.). The front desk was very polite but there was nothing they could do. It was very considerate to give some snacks when leaving.

Great location just in the middle of shopping district and nice bedroom. Definitely will come back to this hotel again. Highly recommended.

A nice mosiac floor and glass trumpet lighting chandelier greets you when you walk into the lobby. Its a blueish hue, leather sofa and great service from reception with oupon for supper will surprise any guest. Room are cosy, clean and high tech with voice activated control by ”xiao du”. Lightning ambient can be change from bright to cosy to watch video stream from gour phone to a giant Huawei screen. Service call are answered promptly and receptionist goes the extra mile to answer your queries. Convenient location to go around city attraction. It near a metro station. Breakfast till 11am with a variety of English or Chinese menu.

Great stay experience. The room is large, the facilities are new, and the hygiene is good. The mattress and pillow are very comfortable, and the linen is of good quality; the view from the high floor is very good, parking is super convenient, and there are plenty of underground parking spaces. Submit the car number to the housekeeper and park for free. The hotel front desk is on the 30th floor. The service staff is friendly and professional. The hotel facilities and services are explained in detail. I would like to thank Xiao Li at the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to order a cup of American coffee. Xiao Li made a cup for us, which was very heartwarming❤️ I will stay here again next time, and I will stay for a few more days.

The hotel was very clean and well serviced. They also provided slippers and toothbrushes for the children, as well as a small gift. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the Wuhan (Hankou) train and subway station. There is also a large supermarket and a small convenience store nearby. There is no refrigerator in the room. There is also a washing machine in the room, which is convenient.

We were supposed to stay for 5 days but extended for 6 then 7 days 😁🤭 All of the staff (from the reception to the room service and the pool) were amazing, helpful and very kind. The doorman were so patient with my kid where she wanted to go in and out on the turning door at the entrance 😂. I highly recommend and will always be at that hotel for my next trip in Wuhan ❤️☀️ Oh! And the breakfast is awesome 😍
