V9 Hotels in Wuhan

It's great to come here. The hotel faces west and is located on the Yanjiang Avenue in Hankou. Across the road from the hotel entrance is the river beach. There are ferries that can take you to the two rivers at night. Not far from the hotel to the west is Jianghan Pass, where there are museums, supermarkets, and the famous Bagong's house. The interior of the hotel is very clean, and there is gurgling water in the lobby. The room layout is reasonable, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, where you can comfortably cuddle up on the sofa and watch the sunset, the traffic and the rolling river. And the round ball design on the top of the hotel is a highlight. No matter how far I wander at night, I can find the flashing ball just by looking at it. The hotel has complete facilities, including bars, coffee shops, and tea rooms. There is a revolving restaurant on the 41st floor on the top, where you can have a leisurely dinner and watch the changing scenery of the river and the passing clouds outside the window. The little girls and handsome guys at the front desk provide good service and look good when they smile. The receptionist at the door was also meticulous in his work on a hot day and answered all questions. The sisters who do the cleaning on the floor are very conscientious and responsible. When we return to the hotel after playing every day, the room is neat and clean.

I have to complain, this was a terrible stay. Checked in that night and was upgraded to the executive floor during registration. But a series of bad experiences started after checking in. 1. After taking a bath, I found that the water in the bathtub was blocked. 2. I woke up from the heat at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The room was stuffy and hot. This was March in Wuhan, and the temperature outside was very comfortable. I found that the air conditioner panel only blew hot air whether it was turned on for hot air or cold air, and there were no windows to open for ventilation. I called customer service and the technician who came to my door told me that there is no air conditioning in Wuhan during this season. Let him enter the house to experience the sweltering heat. He said that he could feel the heat as soon as he stood at the door. I asked why it couldn't even blow natural cold wind. Anyway, it only had hot air. As a result, the master brought a fan to cool down and ventilate the room. It was incredible that I fell asleep with the fan blowing on that night. 3. The phone can only be used for hands-free dialing, and the handset cannot be used. The hands-free sound is too loud and the volume cannot be adjusted. I went to customer service to report the situation in the middle of the night, but the old man who was already asleep was woken up like this. It was really frustrating! I hope the hotel can continue to improve its facilities and give everyone a wonderful accommodation experience. The cost of a hotel night is quite a lot, so it should at least be worth it.

The hotel room boasts fabulous views that can captivate any guest. However, the charm is dampened by dated furniture and decor. While the scenic backdrop provides solace, modernizing the interior would enhance the overall experience and make it truly unforgettable.

Hotel is in a good location. Right near a shopping street with some night markets and plenty of food around. I booked a city view room but was given a room with a view of the inside of the building. The room was big and spacious but the carpet smelled bad which made the room smell like an old pair of socks. Bed was clean and shower was clean. Overall not a bad stay but I saw other rooms on my way out that were much cleaner and nicer. I paid extra for the city view but didn’t get it. So a bit of a waste of money. Other friends that stayed here on same day for free upgrade and paid half what I paid and also got the city view. Not worth paying extra I think. Breakfast was not worth it. Better to eat nearby. Overall the hotel is a bit old and I would say probably a 2.5-3 star. Needs a good clean, some new carpet and some better food for the breakfast. Looks good in the photos but I guess I was just unlucky with the room.

I booked a room for a friend. The environment is nice and quiet, and the decoration in the middle of the lobby has a springy feel. The front desk service is very good and responsive to all requests. Special thanks to Xiao Wang and Xiao Liu for helping my friend plan the tour route. I will stay here next time!

Good location downtown and close to MixC shopping centre. Hotel itself is a bit 90s in style and could do with an update/refresh but has been kept in pretty good condition considering. Room clean enough and very spacious. Breakfast was underwhelming, with fairly limited options for a five star hotel. Service decent.

We are happy staying in this hotel. Many thanks to Mr Han for helping us booked di di to the airport. We are foreigners and unable to book. The only short coming is taxi are not allowed to come in to the hotel, making taxi abit inconvenient. Also would like to point out that the housekeeping lady on 1/6/23 removed our written notes on the side table, and replaced with new pad. We lost some information written on the notepad. Housekeeping staff should be informed not to remove without guests permission . Thank you
