Wuhan Hotels with Bars

This is our first trip to Wuhan and mainly for visiting relatives who live in Wuhan. Our first impression at Sheraton hotel is good. Started with the bell boy who greet us when we arrived at the hotel and help us with our big luggage. We have left one parcel at the taxi without notice. After we checked in the hotel we then realised that the parcel was left at the taxi. The concierge by the name of Owmen Zhou(周星驰）who is very kind and help us to call the taxi company to locate the taxi driver who drop us at the hotel and informed him to return the parcel to us ASAP and really appreciate his services and kindness. He did extra-miles to ensure we received our parcel on-time. in addition, he also introduced us the exhibition that the hotel have co-joined with the Wuhan museum to show case the impression of Wuhan city which gave us some insight of the Wuhan City. Even the house-keeper who are very kind and did a good job for the room. In general, we have good impression about this hotel and we strongly recommend to our friends who want to stay at Wuhan. Once again, a big thank you to the staffs at Sheraton hotel and make our stay at Sheraton a very pleasant one ! will come back again next time.

This is the first time we came to Wuhan and we received great hospitality from this hotel. The hotel is clean with great amenities and I want specially thanks Miyan Dang and Thomas Tang for helping us to order Mei Tuan. We are both foreigner and basically we cannot order any food via the Mei Tuan app. Thanks to both the Westin staffs for helping us to order our dinner and branch and send up to our room. They even let us extend our room until 2pm instead of normal check out time.

Very nice and good service, located well for my visit. I did think it was odd that you need a room key to use the lobby bathroom, which was actually an issue when I met my friend for tea and he needed to use it, and then again, after I checked out, before I made the long journey to the airport.

What can I say? What an amazing stay again. I’ve stayed for work events in which we used the ballroom for our work celebration. I then came here for peace when my father passed away. This was the one place I knew I could come that brought me peace and happiness. This trip was for my anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We decided to to go with a suite and the reservation came with a free photo shoot. Our photographer, Xiao Liu, was kind and the photo shoot was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet has live entertainment and amazing chefs as well. We also wanted to get massages too but ran out of time. We will get them next time. Overall, I’m grateful for Optic Valley Hilton and the true peace our experiences bring each time. Exactly what we need on vacation.

Hotel looks new, room is clean, hardware is quite good, location is good,close to the walking street. One side is lake view. Breakfast is ok. But system should be improved, the staff called our rooms to ask us pay the room advance in mid-night ( we paid during check-in), one of my colleague had to wear the nightgown went down to the cashier, but the staff( a male manager and a female staff) said called wrong persons ( should be 5 Chinese persons ). The next day,our collegue was sick heavily and had to flyed back Bangkok. It gave us a bad image and experience to our business trip in China. Cashier staff should clear everything during check-in, and should not disturb guest in the night. It is basic standard. Hotel should improve.

We were supposed to stay for 5 days but extended for 6 then 7 days 😁🤭 All of the staff (from the reception to the room service and the pool) were amazing, helpful and very kind. The doorman were so patient with my kid where she wanted to go in and out on the turning door at the entrance 😂. I highly recommend and will always be at that hotel for my next trip in Wuhan ❤️☀️ Oh! And the breakfast is awesome 😍

I have stayed in this hotel several times for business trip, perfect location which is really convenient to go around . It is great experience that hotel staff are very friendly and attentively service. Meanwhile hotel breakfast is fantastic that I have tried so many local snacks like hot and dry noodle , which is truly delicious. It had been memorable stay and I would definitely recommend hotel to my families and friends . 有几次差旅的入住体验，地理位置非常好，出行很方便。酒店员工May服务都很热心考虑周到。早餐丰富，足不出户就能体验武汉各种特色美食小吃，热干面是必选项，地道美味。是比较难忘的入住体验，会再次将酒店推荐给身边的朋友和家人。

I booked a Hollywood twin room. Vivian was very nice and helped to upgrade it. She also arranged a room with a lake view. She responded to messages in a timely manner. The lobby was very fancy. The overall experience of staying here was very good. I recommend staying here! Let me first praise the advantages: 1. The room is large and well maintained. It is a little old, but it doesn't matter if you don't look closely. It is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the room temperature is suitable, and the room facing the lake can see the sun rising, which is very comfortable. 2. The cleaner is very polite and delivers things quickly. She cleaned and folded the clothes for the renewal room, wiped the skin care products and put them in place, and left a note. 3. The attitude of the staff I met was very good, with a smile. When I picked up my luggage, I left the coffee there and forgot to take it. When I returned, I found that it was thrown away for me, but I immediately refilled the coffee in the lobby bar for me, which was also very delicious. 4. The hair dryer is very useful and my hair dries very quickly. The toiletries are easy to use. 5. The sound insulation is very good. It seems that there is a staff rest room directly opposite the room, but I have not been disturbed by the housekeeping or other guests for two nights. 6. Downstairs is the subway station and Cha Yan. There are taxis waiting at the door at any time. The transportation is very convenient and it is also very close to Wuhan Station. I took taxis all the way in Wuhan. Taxis are fast and cheap. Things to be improved: 1. The washbasin in the room is too far away. You have to bow 45 degrees to prevent water from splashing everywhere. 2. The teeth of the wooden comb provided are too short and not easy to use. 3. The pattern of the mouthwash cup looks more ”down-to-earth”. I can't tell whether it is dirty or not. I am a little afraid to use it. It is recommended to replace it with a transparent glass cup. 4. The shower head is broken, and water is everywhere~ 5. The electronic scale in the room seems to be broken and does not display 6. The mini bar is removed. The food in Wuhan is very spicy and salty. I can't get anything to drink temporarily. You can call the front desk separately to make up for it. The last one is neither an advantage nor a disadvantage, that is, you have to go down to get the takeaway by yourself. Wuhan is a good place. I will come to play next time~

📍The location where average not too close to the hotspot while somehow still being close in a way if that make sense 🚇It’s easy to access there is a bus stop just in front the hotel but taxi or self driving might be the best way to go . There is nothing really shocking from the outside but from the inside is another story , the staff was really nice and welcoming . About the room really it felt like those upscale hotels but half the price the breakfast was good it was a pleasant stay , they have a robot who delivered the food haven’t seen that in the Hilton 🤔

#Scaycation If you plan on never leaving the hotel this one is absolutely fantastic! The breakfast options were excellent and good variety of Asian and Western. The room was huge and the attention to detail was lovely. It had everything I needed cotton earbuds, three sets of towels, face wash , bath salt and much more. The staff was really helpful as well there were some language barrier miscommunication but they went above and beyond to clear it up. The Sauna is only for men, they have a steam room for women. Highly recommend as a relaxing get away.
