The hotel is I think the best in town, for price, and everything it’s offers. First, service is impeccable, warm, attentive , thoughtful. They delivered all our food takeouts to our rooms. When we left they packed us food for the road. Then, rooms are clean and with everything needed, the only thing to pick, is one of the TV ( we had tow tvs in the room) had bad connections. There was a massage chair in the room , and a tea set ( a full Cantonese tea set). I love the fact their toilet is separated from the shower. And there’s a free parking for guests in the building. Breakfast selection was great too! Definitely recommend it to all kinds of travellers.

I was just going to book one day and add another stay. I tried to make UnionPay on-site payment, but it failed as a result. However, all the staff at the site helped me as hard as they could and it was very impressive. The ATOUR staff were kind as well and the same was true here.

The hotel service is higher than that of a five-star hotel. When we checked in, a staff member already brought us hot tea and bottles of water for the children. It was Christmas when we checked in, and the staff gave my son a small gift (the apples were very sweet)! The process is quick. After we received our room card, they thoughtfully mentioned that we could enjoy free late-night snacks. These services are not available in five-star hotels! (Including self-service laundry and drying services) Up to the room on the 63rd floor, the ceiling of the corridor is decorated with star-shaped lights. The room is very spacious and clean, the lighting is soft and bright, and the floor is clean and dust-free. Open the window and have a panoramic view of the night scenery! The bedding is very comfortable and has no odor! The minibar is free, and there is an endless supply of bottled water in the lobby! The only complaint is that although it is a non-smoking room, the corridor is filled with the smell of smoke. It is obvious that there are residents smoking. I hope the staff will take care of this! Overall, the staff service is above five stars, the rooms are five stars, the facilities are five stars, and the gym is three stars.

I live on the 17th floor. As soon as I get out of the elevator, I can smell the fragrance of gardenia. It is a very comfortable fragrance. The room has a river view. The room is quiet. It is very convenient to go to the river beach. It only takes a few minutes to go downstairs. In early summer, you can also watch open-air movies on the river beach. Provide fixed-schedule pick-up or drop-off service at Tianhe Airport (choose one of the two) once: the master is responsible. The call came as soon as the plane landed. If there are not many people, just pick it up and leave. There was no waiting. Facilities: relatively complete. Health: relatively clean Environment: Very comfortable. The front desk was very welcoming. They poured me sour plum soup when I checked in. They also gave me a room upgrade for free. They also had Wuhan-style hot dry noodles for breakfast. I have stayed here several times. The floor is very high and relatively quiet. There is a shower room in the room. It's also very useful. It's only fifteen minutes by taxi from Yellow Crane Tower. Ice water was given when checking out. There is also a laundry room and gym on the third floor. I will stay here again next time.

I recommend this hotel. The location is convenient, walking distance to many malls. The hotel is very clean and new. The interior is also very chic. We got an upgrade to our room upon arrival (thank you) and the front desk staff are very helpful! I like the lobby which is spacious and bright. I also use their gym (v clean again) and it’s perfect for a short simple workout! Would come back if I visit Wuhan again!
