Reached in the middle of the night, Check in was quick and serviced level excellent. The location is also great, just a couple of blocks from the main walking street for shopping and food. The only inconvenience is it's along one way street and a distance from Metrol station. Other wise a hotel to recommend if going to Wuhan again.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights during my first-ever trip to Wuhan, and I was very positively surprised about this hotel.
Location: The hotel is located on Jianghan Road, which is one of the most popular spots for shopping and eating. A metro station is located just downstairs, with easy access to most of the other areas of the city. The hotel is located on the 28th-31th floor with a spectacular view over the city and a great vibe to just hang out in the lobby and relax. Got to the 28th floor to check-in.
Cleanliness: All areas of the hotel had a very high cleaning standard, the room, the lobby, hallways, and public spaces in the hotel were spotless.
Service: Excellent service with very professional staff at the front desk.
Facilities: The rooms have everything you need for a great stay, the hotel also serves breakfast but I opted out for this option so I did not try it this time.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay, and I would stay here again if I come to Wuhan. I strongly recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Wuhan.

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

The apartment was clean and the services were good. Counter staff and restaurant aunties were friendly. We loved the smart device where we can switch on/off the lights, curtains and tv. The design of the apartment is modern. All things are good except if switch on the living room aircon will trip the current in the apartment. Strongly recommend to stay at Tulip Lodj. Do remember to eat the fried youtiao ( fried fritter) dipped in soya bean drink. It was yummy.

Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

I chose to travel to Wuhan during the peak cherry blossom season. Needless to say, the hotel is located on Metro Line 4, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel is very new, the facilities and environment are good, and the service is even more considerate. The hotel launched a free tourist bus to East Lake and Yellow Crane Tower during the cherry blossom season. Although I missed it, it was really thoughtful. The hotel breakfast is on the 20th floor, which is quite rich. You can eat Wuhan snacks such as hot dry noodles and bean skin without going to Liangdao Street, and it changes every day (I was going to Liangdao Street too early on the last day, and the queue was so bad that I collapsed 😡,) The view from the room can see the Yellow Crane Tower. Because I was running around in the cherry blossoms every day, I missed the afternoon tea courtesy, and the hotel was very considerate to help extend it. The customer service Xiuxiu was very meticulous, and gave a small gift before leaving, which was a happy ending for the Wuhan flower viewing trip.

Very pleased with our choice of this hotel. Beautifully decorated and perfect for photos everywhere. Even thought the front yard was a flower shop. Nice smell throughout the hotel. Room is spacious and well set up. Smart Control made things even easier. Glad that the bedroom lighting control is separate from the wash up area. Large window and large TV! Staff are all very polite. Expect them to greet you anywhere. Interesting to see a service robot riding the lift and running up and down the corridor. We haven’t tried the free laundry service but we found two arcade games in that area. Highly recommend

AAnonymous UserThe room was well-equipped and spacious. But the most important thing about accommodation is sleep. Living on the 25th floor, I could hear the drums from the bar every night in the early morning. I don't know what's so good about it all day long. It's played during the day. There were also construction teams. The sound insulation was so poor that I couldn't sleep at all.
I closed all the windows as soon as I entered the room. Later, maybe the aunt came in to clean and opened the windows again. I didn't expect anyone to open the windows, so we were still tortured by the construction team at two in the morning! It was deafening! It felt like it was drilling next to my ears! Later I found that the window was open. I was really impressed.

GGuest UserThe room facilities are very new, with washing machine, projector, air conditioner, and desk. The window is quite large, which is convenient for drying clothes. The room we were given has plenty of sunlight in the afternoon. This is the best apartment I have stayed in so far. I was very surprised. The front desk service is super good. If I have any questions, I will send WeChat and they will reply immediately. I couldn't find the location when I checked in online, and they came to pick me up. The room is very clean and the air is good. I am willing to come again. Recommended

GGuest UserReally nice and helpful people who did their best to look after us in the week we stayed. Accommodation was well equipped with washer/dryer to clean your clothes and kettle to make tea. Air conditioning worked fine. Only thing I can criticise was that it could have been cleaner, and that the sofas and chairs were not very comfortable. Beds were quite comfortable.

GGuest UserThis time, the family stayed at Somerset Residences in Wuhan Future Center. The location is excellent. Downstairs is the Future Center complex, where you can eat, drink and have fun. The children had fun and the adults could relax. What's more surprising is that the apartment is directly connected to Metro Line 4, which is very convenient for travel. If you want to go to attractions such as Yellow Crane Tower and East Lake, you can get there by subway and enjoy Wuhan easily. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are also complete. It is comfortable and safe to stay. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. I will choose this place next time I come to Wuhan!

I reached out to them via WeChat with a few questions, and their response was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They provided all the information I needed and made me feel welcome even before stepping foot in the hotel.
Upon arrival, the warm hospitality continued. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I could need, including a comfortable bed.
The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and public transport.

RRenlanggegeOn the day of check-in, I arrived at the hotel on time, but the room I booked was not ready yet, so they upgraded me to a larger suite for free, which is a good review.
The hotel may be a bit old, and the equipment is a bit old.
The breakfast is so-so, nothing special. I have a suggestion, if the wonton is so stingy with meat, it can actually be cancelled. The wonton without any meat is obviously digging a hole for itself🌝
I asked my colleague not to order the wonton, but beef noodles instead. It looks okay based on the photo, but he said it tasted bad after a few bites. 🌝

AAnonymous UserWe took Metro Line 4 from Wuchang Railway Station and arrived at Lanjiang Road Metro Station in 3 stops, which was very convenient. Just walk a short distance straight ahead from the subway station and you will find the Shell Hotel, which is easy to find on the upper floor of the Hilton. There are many restaurants along the way. There is also a night market selling snacks and barbecues on the Parrot Trail, which is quite lively. There are roadside fruit shops and snack shops. I also bought breakfast on the way the next day. It was so comfortable to take it back to the hotel and eat it slowly! When we arrived at the room, we found that the heater had been turned on in advance, and we felt very warm as soon as we entered the room. Then there is an unbeatable river view and bathtub, with a distant view of the Yellow Crane Tower, the Yangtze River First Bridge, and the Parrot Island Bridge. It's a great place to take the kids out for a walk. The kids don't want to leave. The cleaning lady and customer service Xiaopingguo both provide very good service. Be patient and meticulous. I will stay here again if I have the chance to visit Hanyang in the future.

The room was very spacious and clean. There were even toys for our daughter.
The breakfast was a good selection, both Chinese and Western.
The fitness centre and children's playground were also impressive.
The location above a mall and the metro is unbeatable!
The staff spoke very good English, which is not usual in China.
We would love to come back!
