房間整體不錯 離市區也不是很遠 自己開車過來還是很方便 樓下就是停車場 服務人員基本是有求必應 能在過年期間有服務員還是很開心的

服務不錯，設施還可，智能控制系統有時候有點傻，空調不太給力，開了一晚上，從21度吹到了23度，沒有暖氣，再冷點可能受不了，但看得出來是當地比較頂級的酒店啦，早餐特別豐盛，種類很多，很有民族特色。本來7點半早餐，我們一幫考試的呼籲提前半小時，經理協調好了，破例幫我們提前開放，這點很好～

首先，整體不錯，就是熱水要放挺久才能出來熱的。其次，這個枕頭不錯，是蕎麥的還是什麼的，我喜歡，因為不習慣枕那種填充棉之類的，床簾很遮光。最後，就是關於味道，樓梯間的香味太濃了，可以稍微淡一點，再就是按金，在預訂的時候也沒有説需要按金，我覺得如果要收的話，預訂的時候就説明清楚，因為出差多次，已經很久沒有遇到過再需要交按金的情況了，再沒有什麼問題了，第一次來烏海，一個不是好打滴滴的城市，不過，也還可以，下次來的話就自駕遊了，下次有機會專門遊玩一下。拍的是窗外夜景，烏海六中。晚上點了個酸奶塊，挺好吃，下次如果來的話就買點特產了，這次比較着急，什麼都沒太吃，也沒買。

酒店房間整潔、床品乾淨舒適，全屋智能化、剛剛入住又送來果盤，感到非常温馨。尤其前台小姐姐非常熱情、周到。定的房間不是河景房、幫着調為河景房。瓶裝水喝完了給前台一説馬上就讓服務員送了過來。
早餐非常豐盛、味道很好。羊雜湯鮮美可口、鍋茶也不錯。非常滿意的一次入住體驗。

衞生：從未住過這麼多蟲子的酒店。晚上床上很多是小蟲子，爬的，飛的。啥都有。衞生太差了，紗窗上也都是蟲子，不知道怎麼進來的。
服務：房型寫普通15-20平，攜程花積分做了升級。結果給的房間還是15平，且都是邊緣最末端房型，升級意義在哪裡。不理解內蒙的地界房間為什麼小成這個樣子。小的離譜。以價格來説太差了。
早餐種類挺多，寫着10點截止，事實上9.45到餐廳，麪已經被收了。其他東西正在收。慢一分鐘東西全沒了。
不理解這個為什麼叫“國際”。

酒店環境非常高大上，而且酒店前台服務熱情到位，有獨立的停車場遠離街道 而且客房樓層非常高，全屋智能很方便，在觀景客房可以看到黃河的波濤洶湧很好的入住體驗，早餐很好有牛肉乾羊雜 配上鍋茶很享受
