一晚上換了3次房間，第一次進去空調衹能制熱不能製冷，第二次換進去房卡插上沒電，一位女同事在廁所洗澡突然斷電，嚇得亂叫，另外兩位女同事也是有點崩潰，都換了衣服在房間，又收拾東西換第三個房間。
前台態度惡劣，辦理入住的時候，沒有帶身份證，有電子版的不行，每人必須給前台交兩塊錢錄入系統費用，我們質疑前台，前台很理直氣壯順他們系統沒更新，公安局要收這個費用，他們酒店不承擔所以要收兩塊錢。後面晚上換房間，同事們都換了睡衣，都是女的，跟前台溝通上來一位工作人員拿下房卡幫我們換一下。前台態度很不好，不給換。後來同事發火，前台還在據理力爭，不知道在跟客人掙什麼。後來還是保安大叔幫我們一趟一趟的換房間，換房卡，真的是這位保安大叔給酒店
拉回了一點好感，要不然真的是太噁心。佔著這麼好的位置，服務跟設施都不到位。後來跟攜程平台協商，退了40元劵。以上陳述都是事實。

被套上都是紙削，讓服務員換被子説沒有，衹能換被罩，也可以，但是沒服務員要自己換上，這解決問題的方法也是沒誰了，如家也不過如此了
