服務是很好的，這個值得肯定。裝修太老了，明顯感覺顏色不一樣了，黑乎乎的。還有點黴味，估計跟朝向有關，不過床上收拾的很乾凈。

這次我住的酒店超級棒！床鋪超級柔軟，感覺就像躺在雲朵上一樣~ （≧▽≦）房間也超級乾淨整潔，沒有一點點異味，連空氣都好像變得更清新了呢~
酒店的設施也很齊全！有健身房、餐廳，簡直太棒了！特別是早餐，種類超級多，味道也超級棒，讓我每天都充滿期待。

服務態度太差，房間衞生也不乾淨。地毯估計好久不打掃了，我住的是1118，床下太臟了。各種設施老舊，前台沒禮貌，

老賓館的感覺，設施比較陳舊，周圍飯店很多，房間很大，早飯很一般，空調很一般半夜熱醒！地理位置不錯，停車位有限

可能是因為烏海市這幾年外來人口減少了太多的緣故吧，億信酒店已經沒有了當年的輝煌，當年可是人來人往，一房難求，現在已經旅客很少了，酒店設施很老，也沒有認真收拾，服務也一般。

住了這麼多次酒店，從沒給過差評！這個酒店實在忍受不了，不知道這個四星是從哪裡來的。我看也最多值個二星。
剛入住等辦手續等了半小時，上去房間倒是挺大，衞生間裏面至少看見七八衹蟑螂，洗澡水放二十分鐘還是涼的，大床躺上去咯吱作響，半夜翻個身都能把自己吵醒。
最離譜的是房間不需要門禁，誰都能打開，吃完早餐回來收拾，有幾個大爺開門就進來了，然後説走錯了？真是離譜到家了。
服務態度差到要死，下來反應問題，大媽頭一扭，愛誰誰，退完房滾蛋。
世界這麼大，真是啥樣的**都能碰上！奉勸入住前考察清楚，這種**酒店趕緊倒閉，別禍害人了
