I came here with my children. I had stayed at Xi'an Hotel in Yinchuan before, so I chose the same brand hotel this time. The environment is nice, very clean, the location is excellent, and the staff has a good service attitude.

I came to Wuhai for a trip. When I left, I forgot to leave the CPB and SK2 samples that I had used twice in the room. The value was about 200 yuan. I didn't find it until I needed them at night. I called the front desk and they were really enthusiastic and said they would help me ask the cleaning staff. The next morning, they told me that they didn't have them. I made sure I didn't open my suitcase after I left the hotel after using them. It was very strange that they disappeared without a trace. The experience was bad.

It was so disgusting. There were other people's hair on the bed and blood stains on the sheets.
