We checked in at about noon. The staff in the lobby greeted us warmly. Every staff member we met greeted us with a smile! When we entered the room, we asked, ”The sun shines in through the small balcony. It feels like home!” The breakfast is also great. There are both Chinese and Western food. Chinese food has local specialties, such as Mongolian milk tea, which tastes great! We slept very comfortably at night. Fangfang at the front desk is enthusiastic, professional and very attentive. The room was very clean and modern. The stay was satisfactory. The hotel provided airport pick-up service. They even carried our suitcases for us when we left. They were very enthusiastic. They asked us about directions and were very patient and generous. The cleaning lady cleaned very carefully. The floor was clean and bright. The details were well done! It was a very good trip and accommodation. I will stay in Lembongan again if I have the chance next time.
