簡介裏説的是15-20平方，實際上房間大概衹有13平米，有圖片為證，床是2米×1.8，床尾到門那裡最多1米2，床這邊到牆壁也是最多1.2米的距離，衞生間噴頭差評，大小都不好用，住酒店用的最差勁的噴頭。晚上對面房間的小朋友很吵，我衹能説五峯的消費真是不便宜。

位置在漁關鎮的邊上，比較規範的民宿，獨立logo的酒店用品。新開業不久，衞生潔具熠熠發光。女老闆當户，態度熱情周到。酒店位於三岔路口，交通便利，無專用停車場。下樓百米外河橋邊即有沿街樓下餐飲小店羣。早餐推薦新開包子店，味道一般，二樓環境不錯就是樓梯太陡，供應早餐，員工整齊。

第二次入住了，這次還是一如既往的感到舒適，在這個價位上，雖然衞生間小了點，這是唯一的不足的地方，但受限於面積就那麼大，也可以理解，下次應該還會再來的！

硬件很好，很新，感覺裝修不到一年。
特別是床墊，標準和四星級的差不多。
缺點：有煙味，肯定是哪個老煙鬼搞得，這煙味感覺殘存了很久，酒店要多開窗換氣清理床角。
空調主機很吵，至隔了一層玻璃，建議加裝隔音棉。
彩蛋：早上在樓上看着樓下幼兒園小朋友上學，很有愛。

所住房間的窗户外面環境不好，開窗換氣時一股黴味湧進來，關窗後一晚上房間都有一股怪味，而且房間非常小，總之體驗感不佳。
