整體感覺還好，老闆很熱情。主動介紹景區分佈，並能給出旅遊建議。
早餐很簡約，住了三天兩晚，早餐以清淡為主。房屋很乾凈，出門前通知前台，會把房間打掃乾淨。
由於是在景區內（其實五大連池景區很大）所以不擔心找不到吃飯的地方，賓館的側面有一片飯店，本地特色就是礦泉鯉魚和鹵水豆腐。建議品嚐。
建議：能及時更新賓館相關訊息。

房間有些老久，但是很寬敞，還有有個温馨的小陽台，可以一邊喝茶一邊觀雪，確實很温馨，老闆娘也很熱情，臨走時，還特意送我們兩瓶當地的火山温泉水

門口好停車，主管大姐姜女服務態度很好，離五大連池幾個景區都很近，周邊吃飯購物方便，早餐團餐標準，吃飽沒有問題。衹是房間確實設施比較簡陋，北方賓館條件也是衹能將就了，總體上滿意。

旁邊就是景區導遊嘴裏説的假貨一條街。但是覺着還好，氣泡水，面膜這一類土特產還是可以買的。

酒店位置在馬路邊，十分顯眼好找。停車場碩大，方便自駕遊驢友前往入住。房間面積尚可，裝潢中規中矩，酒店設施應有盡有，夜間安靜是睡覺的好地方。周邊大、中、小吃點不少，早、中、晚吃好吃飽絕沒問題。酒店距五大連池客服中心十分近，開車三、五分鐘即到。但客服中心什麼服務也沒有，應該是我所到過的國家5A級旅遊景區中最邪門的一個地方。該景區沒有一個統一組織遊客前往各旅遊景點的交通服務，全憑與現場各種交通工具的主駕（大巴、中巴或小麪包車）或老闆談論價格，再由其帶遊客至各個景點遊覽。景區管理服務差！差！差！兩個字：真差！三個字：實在差！強烈建議國家旅遊局將五大連池這個5A景區摘牌！
