優點：周邊覓食方便，房間很大，價格不高。地理位置佳，二龍眼泉、北藥泉、溫泊都在附近。
缺點：打掃不太乾淨，尤其浴室的地板，頭髮很多。沒有電梯，行李要自己提上四樓。

窗户不隔音，晚上別人屋的空調外機聲，早上五點半外面就有裝修聲了，鋸東西很刺耳的聲音，切割金屬，敲打東西的聲音，都可以很清楚聽到，非常非常吵。
停車位不夠，衹有門口路邊的四個車位，十幾個房間根本不夠用，回來停車找車位找了半個多小時，停車很不方便。
房間燈很暗，家居很舊。洗澡水開關非常高，挨着熱水器了，不方便開水。
不配飲用水，不知道五大連池其他家有沒有，出來玩住了十幾個地方就這裏不配飲用水。
