設施陳舊、衞生差，睡得身上不舒服，前台服務比較差，訂個房間前台小姐姐説完保安説。這不行那不行。價格和服務不相匹配。

1、前台服務態度差，還沒有説完就掛了。甚至於説你到底要不要退房？
2、清晨有接親的人在隔壁房間，特別的吵。
3、中午12點半就開始催退房，明明退房時間是2點。結果告訴我的理由是，因為昨天滿房，所以今天要早點催退房。
4、中午11點左右，服務員直接開門進來，並未敲門，並未道歉，我也並並沒有呼叫客房服務。嚴重影響我的睡眠，直接嚇醒。
5、2點前下來退房，詢問為什麼進來？結果喊了一個年級大的客房服務員下來説，可能開錯了，然後就沒了。
這種服務態度，這種安全隱患，不要入住。
